'I had a somewhat disappointing stay at the Best Western in Dartmouth. I booked this hotel because it was the closest hotel to my daughter's collegethat had a pool and fitness room. When I booked the hotel it confirmed access to the pool and to the fitness room. But when I got there, I was told that the pool was only open Friday - Sunday. I felt that should have been something that should have been expressed upon booking when I specifically reached out to confirm there was pool access. When I...

'The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. '

'Interesting place to stay! The estate really is beautiful, and my room was very spacious. The AC was a little wonky but otherwise no issues with anything in the room. Shower and tv worked fine. I saw some reviews saying guests couldn’t get in touch with the staff but they answered me pretty quickly when I contacted them. All in all a pretty enjoyable stay'

'Really nice cottage and beautiful grounds including the pool. It was great to be able yo walk over to the Winery next door for food & drinks. Like that it is away from the hustle of the waterfront but easy to go into the heart of Newport when we wanted. Would stay here again when returning to Newport.'
