Located on 14 beautiful acres, this Bellville vacation rental presents outdoor fun for the whole family. Hike scenic trails, spot wildlife, and stroll the vineyards - complete with hops and lavender crops in season. Ideal for photo opportunities, a giant chair overlooks the vineyards!

You’ll love relaxing in the rocking chairs on the porch with morning coffee. A professionally stocked fishing pond is yours to enjoy. Walk to the tree house, explore the obstacle course (with a tree-to-tree zipline), or follow the stream to find additional fishing spots.

Inside your studio, you’ll find a modern interior with wood floors and plenty of windows for admiring wildlife and the grounds. Whip up trail snacks in the newly updated kitchenette, with a full-size fridge, a sink, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and a stovetop burner. Dedicated living and dining areas give you plenty of room to kick back.

Conveniently located just off Highway 36, you’re minutes from Newman’s Castle, local restaurants, and farmers markets.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
