'2 pizza’s under cooked (refunded), ordered pizza again…undercooked! I was accidentally double charged for parking, The pool area had very strong fumes of chlorine. My eyes and my kids eyes and throats also had burning sensations that took a day to recover from. Great Wolf Lodge needs to find a way to circulate fresh air and maintain the warm temperatures while it’s cold outside. Other than these issues the experience was fun. '

'The hotel is old and poorly maintained. It is in need of an update and a deep clean. First, only one elevator was functioning and the remaining elevator took a very long time to arrive. I used the stairs for most of my stay as did other guest. The carpet in my room was stained and the leather covering on the desk chair was badly damaged and torn. 'This wasn't one of my best stays at a Hilton affiliated hotel. Good thing I was only there one night.
The bed was hard and worn out, they need to be replaced. Only one of the two elevators were operating which made wait times longer. The breakfast bar was very limited.
Overall, the staff were friendly and pleasant. '
