'The main problem was there was no hot water. When we called for assistance they fixed the problem, but only one person could shower then the water was ice cold again.
This is such a basic need the customer should not have to beg for hot water. Considering we paid in my option too much for a basic room.
I would not recommend this hotel.'

'My family of 6 loved the Annabell Gardens. Getting to the place, I wasn’t entirely sure it was a very nice area. But once we pulled into the parking lot, we were in awe of how cute the little complex was with all the grass, trees, and walkways, plus the outdoor pool/hot tub. We were lucky that it was a warm day and got to use the pool. It was nicely heated and we all had fun! Hot tub is a little small, but we mostly had the place to ourself, so it fit us. The breakfast was nice. My kids thought...

'The room was clean, updated and comfortable. Their pool and hot tub was actually in service. The hot tub was hot and relaxing! We also enjoyed the variety of the breakfast buffet. They even had a variety of condiments for the food and coffee bar! We would make a repeat visit there again if needed! '

'I chose this property because I was traveling with my male Shih Tzu puppy. The hotel is tucked away in southeast Lincoln in a very quiet area. I found this location ideal because there is very little traffic on Amber Hill Court. The staff was superb, very supportive. 'I booked this hotel because everyone said how clean it was. Hmmm… in my room the bathroom floor hadn’t been scrubbed in several visits because there were urine spots by the toilet and spots on the floor. The desk hadn’t been wiped down - there was a layer of dust on it and the bottom of the chair did as well. The couch was very stained, we always get two beds because my husband tosses and turns, one bedspread had a bunch of dog hair on it. We do not have a pet and I did not want to sleep...
