Casa Luciano is a rural, peaceful, beautiful converted Italian Farmhouse in an idyllic valley near Belmonte Piceno. We are nestled into the side of a hill with stunning views, mature gardens. We have a large garden outdoor dining area seats ten, a working pizza oven, a Sheltered Pool with large patio and sun loungers. Pool house with kitchenette (fridge/hob/sink), dining area, bathroom(toilet & shower) & BBQ. The villa has five double bedrooms across two floors, The first floor has three double bedrooms and a wet room bathroom (shower,bidet,toilet and sink with mirror). The second floor is split into two double bedrooms and a wet room bathroom (shower,toilet,bidet and sink with mirror). On the ground floor we have a a large kitchen (fully equipped) with small breakfast area. A utility room with large deep sink, iron, ironing board, clothes dryers, off which is a large bathroom (shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and mirror). The ground floor living room has three sofas and formal dining for ten and a sound system. First floor sitting room has a wood burner, TV (sound system, DVD player, DVDs, Amazon fire stick, telescope for stargazing). We have a first floor terrace perfect for breakfast with sun loungers, breakfast table with views across the valley. Fly screens & shutters on all windows. Large fenced & enclosed garden with fruit trees & dining table that seats ten. We are within easy reach of the coast. We shutter the windowsbefore lunch and the villa stays wonderfully cool throughout the day. The property is very private and for the renters sole use. The house has WiFi, a book exchange, CDs & DVDs. There are additional large fans in all the bedrooms. The area has great shopping, restaurants, water sports, art and culture. The region is a combination of tarmac/chalk ‘white roads’ which are beautifully maintained, stunning hilltop towns, fruit/olive groves & fields of sunflowers. There is a welcome folder containing all additional information, places to visit, restaurant recommendations etc. We have hosted for over ten years and have twice weekly pool services, a weekly cleaning service and gardeners to maintain the properties standards. An additional cleaning service through your stay is available at an extra fee upon request.
