MAXIMALE BEZETTING IS 8 VOLWASSENEN (WE GAAN 10 GASTEN TOE ALS KINDEREN INBEGREPEN ZIJN MAAR HET VOLWASSEN MAXIMUM IS 8).

Dit huis met uitzicht op het meer ligt aan een privéstrook, op slechts enkele minuten van I-86 en op loopafstand van het dorp Bemus Point. De ruime kavel en het open concept huis is perfect voor een zomerse familievakantie, een lang weekend met je partner of een ski-weekend met vrienden! Het huis beschikt over 4 ruime slaapkamers met bedden voor 8 en een maximum aantal gasten van 10 (maximaal 8 volwassenen te allen tijde).

Dit is echt uw thuis weg van huis, met alle beddengoed, handdoeken en toiletartikelen en een volledig uitgeruste keuken, u hoeft niets extra's mee te nemen! We hebben ook veel voorzieningen voor baby's en peuters, waaronder babyhekken, een wieg en / of pack and play, bedleuning voor peuters, speelgoed, een kinderstoel, keukengerei en nog veel meer!

De accommodatie heeft een eigen aanlegsteiger, dus breng uw boot voor een onvergetelijk weekend op het beroemde meer van Chautauqua of huur kajaks of paddleboards van lokale leveranciers. Er is een klein kanaal over het pad waar je onze favoriete eenden kunt voeren!

Het huis beschikt over kabel-tv en een stereo-installatie, een ruime veranda met uitzicht op het meer, een tuin voor gazonspellen en een terras compleet met gasrooster, vuurplaats en buiten- en terrasmeubilair.

En terwijl de zomer een geweldige tijd is om te bezoeken - laat het winterweer van Western NY je niet weghouden! Ellicottville en Holiday Valley Ski Resort en Peek n 'Peak Ski Resort liggen op slechts 45 minuten afstand in beide richtingen. Het meer van Chautauqua is een populaire locatie voor ijsvissen, lef en langlaufen.

The house was so comfortable for the 5 of us. The kitchen has everything you need, 3 full baths meant no one had to wait. We loved playing Monopoly next to the fire in the evening.

Friends weekend away

We had three couples and we were celebrating a milestone birthday. The house was perfect. We each had our own bed and bath. The house was so well equipped with anything or everything you could want or need. Beautiful sunsets down at the dock. Went to fall festival and visited Johnson winery. Great week

My family really enjoyed our stay in Bemus Point. The host thought of just about everything. Our little ones especially enjoyed the great selection of toys. Was a nice walk to a small but very nice little town with some good shops and restaurants and great lake views. The playground in town was a nice bonus. We loved the Wegman's nearby and Midway Park offered a lot for our 2 year old. It also had a very nice mini golf. My daughter and I loved walking through Chat. Institute. Didn't make it to any beaches since it was a cool week. A great week overall!

I have never stayed at a home that was so well-equipped! Multiple sets of plates and cups, measuring spoons, measuring cups. Multiple sets of cookware. Nice assortment of spices. Two coffee makers. Seriously!

Wonderful stay with three generations of family

This home provided a comfortable, well-appointed place for us to use as our base for our lake vacation with our extended family. We liked that it’s within walking distance of downtown Bemus Point, has a roomy deck in the back, 3 full baths, a great bedroom for the grands and an open kitchen and common area to gather.

Wonderful Home

Spacious, well kept home. Perfect for 3 couples and 2 grown children. Great layout for everyone to have space and enjoy the Chatauqua area. Very clean and well appointed. Would return without hesitation when back in Bemus Point.

Fishing trip

Excellent, clean house The backyard is very cute, huge upstairs with large bedrooms they even had a Keurig in the upstairs with K cups, the kitchen was very organized. Probably one of the most organized kitchens with good cooking equipment, the couch and chairs very comfortable. Nice flatscreen TV overall, just a really nice house, backyard had a solo stove very cute very private setting we were on a fishing trip and we had two trucks two boats so parking was difficult and you really can’t see the lake. Overall, the house was excellent if I had to deduct any points it would be the parking for two trucks two boats (which is expecting a lot from our standpoint) And not being able to see the lake otherwise it would make a great family vacation because it was very large and clean. I would stay hear again for sure. East walk to all restaurants.

Chautauqua stay

The house was great-location was great and the owners were attentive to us, but they installed a new lock the week before we arrived and the entire time we were there we had to contact them to unlock the door for us. They had no one close by to come and physically fix the problem for us-- we had to rely on their remote app to allow us entrance to the house. We got the lock to work twice after they reset it --so I know we were doing it correctly as instructed -- it just was a faulty lock.

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay here! It had absolutely everything you could want. It was extremely clean, beds were pretty comfortable. We have a one year old and it was a plus to have the pack n play/crib option as well as many toys to keep him happy. We would recommend this stay to anyone and everyone!

8 women (approaching 70!) enjoyed the home for a long weekend. Great location. We walked to town, down the lane to see the lake, and drove around the lake. Shopping and lunching was successful! The home was clean and well stocked. The frig and stove worked very well for our cooking and sharing of meals. The beds were comfortable and the number of bathrooms was perfect for our group. The binder with ideas and instructions was helpful. Thanks for sharing the house with us!

This property is a great place to stay, close walking distance to town. Everything was as expected, very clean and neat. The house is very spacious, with plenty of amenities. I would recommend staying here. The road is in need of repair, but we were told in advance, so we weren't surprised.

Perfect Ski Weekend

Perfect for a group weekend getaway. Came with family and friends for a ski trip to Holiday Valley. Great location in the heart of Bemus Point and only an hour to the slopes. The home had everything you could imagine, appropriately labeled as well. It felt spacious even with a group of 8 adults. We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation for our stay. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer! Thank you!

Great Spot to Vacation at Chautauqua

Overall very happy with the property. It had everything we needed and then some. For the most part the property was clean but to be honest would prefer if it was a little cleaner. Felt like it could have been vacuumed a little more and just kept up a little bit better.

Wonderful stay at this property. It is super clean, organized, beds are comfy and decor is lovely. They have thought of every detail for a comfortable stay. Easy dock access and a short walk to the quaint lake town of Bemus. The air conditioners kept the house very cool and comfortable. The deck area is so awesome for visiting! Beautiful! We will surely be back!
