On the top floor of a three storey building, the apartment is light and airy and has fantastic views.

As you enter this penthouse, you will find the kitchen on your left, the living room just ahead, which leads to the dining area. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are to the right.

The dining room opens onto a large corner terrace which in turn leads to the solarium. The master bedroom opens onto a smaller balcony which connects to the dining area.

A hallway connects to the bedrooms, shower room and there is plenty of wardrobe space in both bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and everything needed for self-catering.

We have an excellent taxi service that will pick you up and take you directly to the apartment (please ask for details), there are also very good bus connections.

In the surrounding area you will find small shops and many restaurants. Arroyo de la Miel is within half an hour's walk, with the Friday market and the Renfe train station, or less than 5 minutes by car.Dear guest, please note that arrivals after 22.30 hrs are subject to a late check-in fee.





Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
