The accommodation is located in Benalmadena Costa del Sol, less than 5 minutes walking from the beach. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with all appliances fully open to the living room, a bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a spacious terrace integrated into the living-dining room.



The building also has large common areas with many green spaces and a swimming pool.



The pool is open from May 1st to October 1st.



They will have access to the common areas of the building, to the gardens and to the community pool.

It is not necessary to have a car to rent this property, as it is just a few minutes walking from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and very close to Puerto Marina and the entire leisure area of Benalmadena.



The check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, if you arrive outside of this time, please let us know when making the reservation to inform you about your late check-in options.



In this accommodation, smoking is prohibited. If you fail to comply with this rule, you will be penalized with 100 Euros.



A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.



According to the Provision of the Junta de Andalucía published on Monday, October 30, 2023 - BOJA number 208, please note that the pool in your apartment may undergo modifications in schedule or use during this entire period. If you have any doubts, please consult with our company.
