In front of the kitchen is its large open-plan living room that fills with light from the large doors leading to the private terrace. The living room is beautifully decorated and has a large 3-seater sofa, air conditioning and a comfortable sofa bed.

Located at the front of this apartment is its spacious bedroom where you wake up to enjoy those impressive views. A large wardrobe, and access to its terrace.

Just a few steps from the bedroom, there is a large recently modernised bathroom that is clean, bright and has a large glass-covered shower with plenty of space for toiletries, etc.

The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.

You will also have full access to common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, private parking, sun loungers (additional charge), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc.

The building has lifts.

Total access to the communal areas such as the 5 swimming pools with slides, gardens, sunbeds (payable), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open from Monday to Sunday.

CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 pm (except from 15 June to 15 September - entry from 4 pm onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of €20 if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one swimming pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance purposes, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°C)

Opening hours for swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closures.

PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.
