The Space
The apartment measures 115 m² including the terraces and is located on the beachfront with panoramic ocean views in the Benal Beach complex.

BEDROOM
The bedroom has a double bed (150x200 cm), two nightstands with lamps, outlets on either side of the bed, and a built-in closet; it has its own exit to the terrace.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a double sofa bed (138x190 cm), two armchairs, a flat-screen TV with a side table, a dining table with 4 chairs, a lamp, and a modern coffee table. We also provide a single rollaway bed for small children (80x168 cm).

KITCHEN
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including an induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and vanity. You’ll also have a shower mat and towels.

TERRACES
You’ll have access to a spacious terrace with a direct view of the ocean, a table and chairs, a beach umbrella, and lounge chairs—ideal for enjoying a family gathering.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and downtown Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right across from La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, Tivoli Amusement Park, the Sealife Center, the aerial cableway, and Castillo Bill Bill.

Santa Ana Beach is a 3-minute walk away.
