Fantastic 2-bedroom apartment located in the Benal Beach Complex, just a 2-minute walk from El Bil Bil Beach. It features one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room, as well as built-in closets, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi (private connection inside the apartment), air conditioning (cooling and heating), and two private terraces with ocean views.

The Space
The apartment is 88 m² and is located on the beachfront with ocean views in the Benal Beach complex.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a NEW double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), two nightstands with lamps, outlets on either side of the bed, and a closet; it opens onto a private terrace with views of the ocean and the gardens.

The second bedroom has two NEW single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a nightstand with a lamp, and a closet, as well as a window opening onto the private terrace.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a 3-seater chaise longue sofa that converts into a double sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV with a side table, a dining table with 5 chairs, a lamp, and a modern coffee table.

KITCHEN
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a hydromassage shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and vanity. You’ll also have a shower mat, towels, and a laundry basket.

EXTRA BEDROOM
The extra bedroom features a single sofa bed, a closet, and a coat rack—ideal when you need extra space.

TERRACES
You’ll have access to a spacious terrace with unobstructed ocean views, complete with a table, chairs, a beach umbrella, and a lounge chair—perfect for enjoying a family gathering with a view. In addition, the apartment has another smaller private terrace accessible from the bedrooms, which has its own table and chairs for enjoying the views of the sea and the gardens.

ENTRANCE HALL
Upon arrival, you’ll see the entrance hall, which features a spacious built-in closet where you’ll find a washing machine, beach items such as umbrellas, and cleaning supplies. There is also a dresser with tourist information and hand sanitizer.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and the center of Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right across from La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and near attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, Tivoli Amusement Park, the Sealife Center, the aerial cableway, and Bill Bill Castle.

Santa Ana Beach is a 3-minute walk away.
