'We had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel. The receptionist, the management and all the staff were excellent and provided us with a very good service. Were very welcoming and all the staff were so helpful and and always with a smile. Couldn’t fault anything. We will definitely book our holiday at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

Kamers zijn outdated, best prima, maar voor de kamerprijs erg achterhaald. Enig minpuntje, s'avonds voorzien ze van een uur of 8u live music, dan hoor je wel alles tot in je kamer, ook als je vroeg wil gaan slapen. From the moment I checked in until I checked out I felt at home. The staff are helpful and pleasant always with a smile on their faces and they really care about their guests. Anita at the front desk was great!

'When we booked our trip, we had no reason to believe that is was raining in Goa, so we had a wett but great stay at the hotel. The staff was great and kept us bussy all the time, because they realy felt sorry for us. On my birthday I got flowers and a birthdaycake in a heartshape! So nice and warm. The rooms were simpel but clean and spacy. The poolside small but clean. Simpel buffet in the morning but ok.

'Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. 'The back of the property is full of rats. The room itself is VERY tired and needs refurbishing, curtains fall down everytime thier pulled. AC doesn't cool, TV wires and and control box just hanging loose. We asked if we could move room which was agreed, so we moved only to be told the room was now booked. We decided to leave rather than stay in the same room for another night. Plus side there is a pool.'
