Onder een van onze favoriete huizen, 8 Mt. Baker is gelegen nabij het centrum van Sunriver, op slechts een korte wandeling naar Fort Rock Park, of een korte fietstocht naar het dorp Mall, Sunriver Marina en de SHARC. Dit elegante en rustige huis is goed ingericht met alle luxe van thuis en perfect voor het hele gezin.

Het huis heeft airconditioning, 2400 m² en is 2 verdiepingen met vier slaapkamers en 3. 5 baden. Beneden is een king master suite, een queen master suite, half bad, woonkamer, keuken en familiekamer. Boven is de 3e slaapkamer met een queensize bed, de 4e slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, een zolder met queensize slaapbank en een complete badkamer. Een draagbare wieg en draagbare kinderstoel zijn in het huis voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen.

De volledig gevulde keuken heeft prachtige granieten werkbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten, waaronder een gasfornuis. Geen detail is over het hoofd gezien bij de benoeming van deze keuken, u zult koken en onderhoudend hier een fluitje van een cent vinden!

Er is een tv met BluRay-speler in de woonkamer. De koningmeester, koninginmeester en loft hebben allemaal hun eigen tv's. Het huis heeft de gezelligste sfeer, compleet met een gashaard in de woonkamer, samen met een houten open haard in de familiekamer voor degenen die liever een meer traditionele open haard. Het huis heeft ook een garage voor uw gemak.

Een eigen bubbelbad en een groot terras met barbecue en tuinmeubilair zorgen ervoor dat u kunt ontspannen en genieten van het buitenleven. De patio kijkt uit op een groot bosrijk gebied met het fietspad in de verte. Er zijn vier volwassen 'speed cruiser'-fietsen voor volwassenen, perfect voor het verkennen van de kilometerslange verharde fietspaden in Sunriver.

Beautiful home

We had a lovely vacation in the large and beautiful house. Great layout. Modern kitchen and lovely details and woodwork. Super comfortable beds. One of my favorites in Sunriver. I did try to text about broken shower upstairs but no one responded. I didnt follow up but it would have been nice to have received a response from the property manager.

Beautiful home!

The house is beautiful! Great for two families to stay together. Only complaint is that there isn’t any pantry space to store your food. Every cupboard and drawer has stuff in it. So it was annoying having to have all pantry type food sitting on the counter. Otherwise 10/10 home!

Amazing stay at Sunriver

We found this gem while looking for a home to stay at for my sister’s birthday. We loved the home and its coziness and it was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful rooms and a big open living room which was great for spending time with friends and family. The home was superbly clean, and very comfortable to stay in.

Perfect family getaway!

We loved this house! It’s well stocked and very clean. It’s close to the park for kids to play, the pool and the Village shops. There were a few minor issues (a couple broken handles) upon arrival that we noticed but once I notified the property manager they sent a maintenance guy over and got it all fixed. Would definitely stay here again!

Mother's Day Get Away

Everything was wonderful, minus the heating/AC on one side of the of the house. The AC worked perfectly on the front part of the house but the side with the gas fireplace was dicey. The property manager was quick to help stop the AC blowing the first night we arrived but then the heat would only work no matter how low we turned down the control. The house is perfect for littles and a larger group.

Sunriver Ski Cabin

Overall my friends and family had an amazing time this past weekend at the house. The house matches the photos on the listing well and it is is definitely large and beautiful. There were a few things broken at the house though that I feel I should note for future guests. Specifically the heating in the house was all over the place. One master bedroom felt like it was 90 degrees and other rooms had no heat at all. We discovered one of the thermostats was broken and the property management team told us to use space heaters found there, however, they kept tripping the electrical panel. There were also a few other random things at the house that were broken or no functioning. It didn’t impact our trip but for the price you wouldn’t expect it. Lastly, I would just say to bring firewood as well if you are not capable of chopping your own. Firewood is providing, however, they are huge pieces that need to be chopped down. It was fine for our group and we took turns chopping, but it might be a problem for other groups if they don’t how/can’t. Once again, overall great stay! We had a super fun time and the place isn’t far from Sunriver Village, skiing, etc., those are just a few things to note and hopefully get fixed!

Beautiful home

The master bathrooms are very beautiful, but there’s no locks on the bedrooms and the upstairs shower was having a lot of issues. There was also a ton of hair in the drain which caused it not to drain.

Relaxing Mt Bachelor Ski Weekend

This is a very comfortable home for a ski weekend with friends. This property is an easy drive to Mt Bachelor and welcomes you back with a nice hot tub for your sore muscles. There are plenty of restaurants near by if you want to eat out, or the kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need to make food. It was nice to relax by the fire and talk on the comfortable couches after an active day out. The beds were also comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. The house has a lot of good light, feels spacious, well equipped with games, puzzles, etc. I would stay in this property again. The only small challenges were there is no recycling and the grocery store in town closes early.

Our stay was fine. We had an issue with the TV, but the gentleman came out the next day to fix it. The air conditioning was nice but first thing in the morning it froze us out. We did find cobwebs and it seemed dusty. One of the master beds downstairs felt like it had a donut in the middle. It was hard to fall asleep as you felt like you were falling in the middle. However, it was nice.

Lovely views

8 Mt. Baker Lane is a beautiful home. There are some reviews about uncomfortable mattresses, but we found them to be comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the two fireplaces are quite nice. There is some deferred maintenance around the hot tub, but Arrived was informed and I imagine it will be fixed.
