Able to sleep up to 10 people, accommodations include four comfortable bedrooms with three king-size beds and one kid-friendly bunk room with two bunks (one of which has a trundle for a fifth bed or lower king bed), and a port-a-crib. There are three and a half bathrooms, and large walk-in closets in every bedroom. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, central heating/air conditioning with separate zone controls, and a second refrigerator in the garage.

The large upper deck features a premium built-in gas grill, dining table and chairs for 12, and expansive river views. A second lower deck includes teak reclining lounge chairs with ottomans, side tables, and bench seating. The semi-finished garage also serves as a recreation space with ping-pong, foosball, and air hocky tables.
