This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms, 2 twin size trundle beds in the sauna room, and 4 twin size convertible beds in the game room that are perfect for the kids and comfortable enough for adults!
Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed.
Bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed and deck access.
Bedroom #4, the only bedroom on the entry level, includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
The home also includes a third full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower and an additional half guest bathroom.

• Driveway parking for 4 vehicles is available.
• Please note that the driveway is steep, AWD or 4WD is required during winter months.
• This home is NOT pet friendly, there will be a fine of $150.00 if any evidence of a pet is discovered.

Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Visit Hayden Homes Amphitheater for a concert, or just head to Old Mill to take the sounds in! Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.
Adventure note: You cannot float from the home to Bend. You can make your way to Riverbend Park, about a 15-minute drive, to start your float through Bend and the Old Mill District down to Drake Park. Shuttles can bring you back up to River Bend Park for a small fare.
