The house is set back in the pines off a quiet lane (Fleabane) which connects to the main road (Ponderosa) just blocks from the Glaze Meadow Golf Course. Back deck overlooks the 7th fairway and is approximately two blocks walking distance from the recently remodeled Glaze Meadow Recreation Complex. Features of the complex include: indoor, outdoor and toddler pools, exercise facility, children's water play area, spa, sauna, snack bar, and tennis shop. Tennis and pickleball courts and a children's rock climbing and play area are adjacent to the complex along w/ full basketball, bocce, and horseshoe courts.

Also, just 15 miles from Black Butte Ranch to Hoodoo Skiing/Sledding.

A WONDERFUL PLACE TO GATHER!

Remodeled space with friend and family gatherings in mind. Our home is light and bright, with a full wall of windows overlooking the golf course in the living, dining and breakfast areas and has an open floor plan. The living/dining area has vaulted ceilings with a lava rock wall and raised hearth fireplace. The kitchen has plenty of counter space with both an island bar area and breakfast nook. Additional features include Sub-Zero refrigerators (one refrigerator only and one side by side), 2 new stainless steel dishwashers, a new stainless steel double oven and cooktop, and all new dish/cookware that you need to prepare, cook and serve your group with ease.

The deck faces east and surrounds the golf course side of the house. It is the perfect place to spend balmy summer evenings and has a gas BBQ, new lounge seating (2024) and a private hot tub(new in 2024). Also don't miss mini basketball hoop, darts, cornhole and ping-pong table in the garage....Along with bike storage with a large selection of newer bikes.

The main floor primary bedroom has a king size bed and doors opening to the deck and hot tub. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds and a fourth has a bunk set and single bed. The bonus room also has a bunk set and a trundle bed. There are three tiled full baths. In total, there are 10 beds (1 King, 2 Queen, and 7 Twins). All beds have newer mattresses (2021) and bedding (2024-25).

THE RANCH: UNMATCHED BEAUTY AND RECREATION!

Black Butte Ranch is a unique resort nestled in a Ponderosa pine, fir, and aspen forest and is surrounded by seven snowcapped, majestic Cascade mountain peaks. It is tranquil and non-commercialized, yet offers a full spectrum of resort amenities.

This gated community has 2 championship golf courses, five swimming pools, 23 plexi-paved tennis courts, 18 miles of bike/walking trails, canoeing, cross country skiing, catch and release fly fishing, guided horseback riding, volleyball courts, basketball hoops and soccer and softball fields. The recreation department offers activities for all ages and will happily assist with information about recreation available in Central Oregon. Mt Bachelor and HooDoo ski areas, numerous lakes, rivers, hiking trails, rock climbing and wilderness areas, and snowmobile parks are an easy drive from Black Butte Ranch.

Three restaurants on the property provide poolside, casual, or fine dining. There are snack bars at the golf shops and Glaze Meadow complex and there is a 'General Store' for quick shopping needs. Black Butte has it's own fire department and emergency medical services. The western themed town of Sisters is seven miles away with a wide array of boutiques, small stores, bakeries, restaurants, a health and fitness center, a nice super market and a new movie theater. Should you want larger city amenities, Bend is about 30 minutes away.

Pat’s incredible 80th birthday week

House was perfect for our group- location was superb. We enjoyed the Glaze pool, tennis courts, pickleball and bike riding.AD was a perfect host and very communicative.There were plenty of kitchen items and plates, glasses, etc.AC was welcome on a couple hot days, and it did cool off at night. Evening games on the golf course were a big hit.

My family grew up vacationing at BBR! We rented this amazing home after our son graduated from University of Oregon this year! This house was perfect!!! It accommodated our large family from the beds, the kitchen, family room, laundry, hot tub, bikes, and of course the views! Will definitely be booking this again if we make it back!!

Well located, clean, updated, family friendly house

This is our second stay at the property, and will not be our last! The house is well updated and fully stocked, and when we arrived it was very clean (which is not always the case at other properties we’ve rented). We had three families (3 couples, 5 kids total) and did not feel over crowded. Walking distance to Glaze pool. The kids love the garage/game room and the parents love the large updated kitchen with two fridges!! AD is a great communicator and host.

The Best Christmas Weekend

Everything about our long weekend stay was perfect. A.D. was so fantastic at communicating with us and provided excellent instructions for our arrival at the house. What a fantastic place. The weekend together was an opportunity for me and my husband to celebrate Christmas with our grown kids and grandkids. The house was very clean and comfortable, with a fantastic kitchen and hot tub. Wonderful Black Butte home

Wonderful updated home with an amazing owner/mgr! Communication with owner was great, from check in to check out and in-between! Lovely furnishings, from the appliances (double ovens, dishwashers and refrigerators!) to furniture to towels/bedding. Amazing new large hot tub and very nice deck/furniture. Home still has a cabin feel, but lots of nice amenities. Can’t beat the location! Thanks AD!

We had an amazing vacation here! This house was great! We had 11 people total, grandparents in our 70’s, parents in their 40’s, and 5 grandsons from 5 - 13. The location of this house is perfect with easy bike rides to everything, close to Glaze Meadow pool, and the home itself is so great for our large group!

Perfect Family Gathering

Excellent property with generous accommodations and amenities. The host is readily available for any questions and truly treats guests like royalty! Very comfortable accommodations and best stocked home we have ever rented. We have had family gatherings at Black Butte for over 25 years and this is definitely at the top of the list for best stay. Perfect house for extended family stay

Our family unanimously agreed this was the best house we'd stay at with our six adults and seven grandkids! Many of our pluses come in twos - two frigs, two dishwashers, two kitchen sinks, two eating areas, two rooms with bunk beds, two bathrooms upstairs, two queen beds upstairs. Plus a master on the main. A very spacious, well equipped kitchen. A large back deck and a new hot tub we put to good use. Location right on the Glaze Meadow golf course. The host AD was great to work with and responsive to our inquiries. We will definitely be coming back here!

Awesome house and owner!

We have been going to Black Butte for several years, and this was by far our favorite house. Lots of room, several refrigerators, two dishwashers, short walk to the pool and so much more. We had every kitchen utensil we could have wanted, and many extra blankets, pillows, and towels. The host was VERY responsive and kind. We also appreciated having cable. We will definitely stay here again!

This is our favorite home in Black Butte! Fantastic location, amazing home, with all the amenities - and the owners check in to make sure you have everything you need. The kids especially liked the basketball hoop in the garage and the pickleball, basketball and bocce courts just out the back door a bit. The kitchen is fantastic with 2 of everything (tables, dishwashers, fridges, sinks). Bedrooms are comfy and everything is well stocked. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing property at Black Butte Ranch!

Recently, we had the most wonderful experience staying at a stunning property in Black Butte Ranch. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and was remodeled recently - modern finishes despite preserving Black Butte's unique ranch feel. What made our experience even more remarkable was our fantastic host AD. Their proactive and friendly communication via text message kept us informed about getting to the property and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. 60th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

It was an ideal place to gather our entire family, given all the amenities of the home and the Ranch. Our three college-age grandsons were never at a loss for activities inside or out. The house was well-supplied with everything we needed and more and the owners made themselves readily available for answering questions. We highly recommend this home as a gathering place for friends and family.
