De Jefferson Cottage is een charmant huisje met een slaapkamer + Loft in een schilderachtige en rustige buurt in de populaire oude binnenstad van Bend. 

De locatie van het Jefferson Cottage is uitzonderlijk! Loop naar Jackson's Corner of naar het rivierpad. U bevindt zich op loopafstand van alle populaire winkels, restaurants en pubs in het centrum en in de wijk Old Mill. Spring op een van de 2 cruiser-fietsen en verken Bend als een local!

U zult zoveel te genieten vinden in dit charmante huisje! Er is een koningin slaapkamer op het hoogste niveau en een betoverende cottage loft met een koningin en een eenpersoonsbed voor uw extra gasten. Geweldig voor kinderen! Er is een extra slaapbank in de woonkamer met beddengoed verstrekt. 

Hang rond op de grote achterporch, bekijk een film op de HDTV of knus met een boek in de lichte en zonnige woonkamer. Er is een gashaard in de eetkamer, en sit-down dineren voor 4.

Bereid een zelfgemaakte maaltijd in de volledig uitgeruste keuken met granieten aanrecht of ontspan en kook op het gasrooster op het achterdek.

Alle Bluebird Day Homes zijn trots voorzien van supercomfortabele bedden met beddengoed in Europese stijl, inclusief hoge draadtellen en frisse, schone dekbedovertrekken. Everything was perfect!

We drove to Bend from the Chicago area and were looking for a house that was within walking distance to the Hayden Homes Amphitheater (we saw an Avett Brothers concert). We had five people (my wife and I and our three young kids), and this house was perfect for what we needed. The kids loved sleeping upstairs in the loft, and the downstairs room that my wife and I slept in was comfortable. We loved the deck and the yard, and the neighborhood itself was quiet and friendly. We were walking distance to a lot of restaurants and breweries too, and all of those places were very kid-friendly. Bend had a ton of things to do, and we definitely plan on coming back (or just moving there).

Quaint home-great location

Our family was in town for a baseball tournament. We've stayed all over Bend in past years. This home was in a fantastic central location with access to the river a few blocks away, great eateries in the neighborhood and walkable to both Old Mill district and Historic downtown Bend. Would love to stay here again.

Awesome location, homey vibe

This is a great spot to have your home base when exploring Bend. Walkable to a lot and easily drivable to everywhere. The place feels like a true home, much more so than many other places out there.

We felt this house was just okay. The photos look pretty nice, but it really is an old house with lots of wear and tear, perhaps what make it charming to some. It just felt a little grimy. Bed in the main level bedroom wasn't that comfy. The house is also currently listed for sale. Location is good for easy get around town, walkable to much.

Wonderful cottage and location

We loved our stay at the Jefferson cottage. It was just as fun and cozy in real life as it appeared in the listing, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for us - a quick walk to both downtown and all its shops and restaurants, and to the river and the river path. We loved having the upstairs with 2 beds for our teens (the stairs are steep, and our 6'4" son had to duck when upstairs, but he didn't mind), and the window air conditioners both upstairs and downstairs kept the house comfortable during the day (it cooled down outside nicely at night, so we opened up windows to cool down instead). We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Bend!

Comfortable home in the heart of Old Bend

The house was charming and cozy, exactly as advertised, and was a very comfortable home base for our stay in Bend. Downtown Bend, with all its great restaurants and shops, was an easy 10-15 minute walk. The river is even closer. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Bend.

Terrific location and amenities in this Bend cottage. Property management company was super helpful in answering a couple of questions we had. Loved the lighted deck and well-stocked kitchen. Would recommend highly!

Essence of Bend

This little house is the essence of Bend. It is cozy, inviting and full of fun surprises. The art on the wall (including musical instruments), the bedding, the kitchen ware are all high end and lend to the feeling of being pampered. The location is a wonderful short walk to either downtown or the river walk. We had a wonderful stay.

The property was great and as advertised. The check in process was good because of the property managers Bluebird Day rentals. They gave us the correct code. The information from VRBO was incorrect and we wouldn’t have been able to get in. You can park in the driveway and that was great but if you had a second car in your group there would have been no street a parking. People parked tight up to our driveway.The only other thing is that the lights in the bathroom are inadequate. I had to put my makeup on in the kitchen!

Great house, great location

Very homey place in Bend. Everything you want to see easily walkable. Comfortable beds and great linens, well appointed kitchen with anything you would ever need. The upstairs has no AC and some narrow steep stairs. It would be a great space for kids or young people.

We loved this place and would definitely stay here again. It has plenty of space for our small family, and tons of character. Little design details make the house feel comfortable and modern. Easy access to downtown and Drake park.

Great Location

We always stay in Old Bend when we come to town, so the perfect location is a given. :) Short bike rides to all the great things - Atlas Cider, 10 Barrel, The Lot, Crux, Old Mill, Drake Park. Most of these homes have the older charm, which come with the quirky not-as-awesome things (light switch locations are in odd places, etc), but that's part of the deal. I agree with a previous review that the one window unit downstairs doesn't cool the bedroom very well after a hot day, but we were comfortable keeping the bedroom window cracked and the desert night air kept things refreshing. Hubby LOVED that the cable included ESPN (most VRBOs have basic cable, if any at all). While we spend most of our day enjoying all the outdoor activities Bend has to offer (hiking, mountain biking, etc), it was nice he could relax in the evening with the station he loves most. The only thing we didn't love and feel could be improved upon is the downstairs bed. The mattress compresses really easily, so if you're sleeping close to the edge (like you need to when sharing a queen bed), you feel like you're going to roll off. The springs are also very noisy, so if you're trying to reposition in the middle of the night, it's loud and easily wakes your partner. I eventually just went to the upstairs bed and we slept separately. Luckily it was only the two of us and we had the option to do so. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay and we would consider staying at this property again.
