The main outdoor spot of this charming retreat is the furnished deck, the perfect place to host barbecues and treat your loved ones to grilled meals and veggies! Let everyone unwind and chat at the outdoor dining area while you show off your grilling skills using the Weber gas grill available. Then, the group can spend a bubbly evening in the private hot tub and relax. The deck also features a comfortable hammock in case you'd like to take a midday nap, read a good book, or browse on your phone while sunbathing.

Inside, the living room is the place to be when it's simply too cold to hang out outside. All you have to do is throw some logs into the woodstove and you'll feel as warm as back home. Kick your feet up and relax by the fire while watching your favorite show or sports game on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable. Come mealtime, the kitchen has your back! It's been equipped with everything the chef of the group could ever need to whip up tasty meals, savory desserts, and mouth-watering snacks. The dining table right off the kitchen offers six comfortable seats.

The garage keeps a secret: more entertainment! Inside the garage, you'll find a Ping-Pong table, adult and children's bikes, a full-size fridge, and a foosball table. This home has three bedrooms (each one of them with a flatscreen TV) and two full baths

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
