Quelah Condo 105 is centraal gelegen in Sunriver. Het Quelah Condo Complex bevindt zich op Circle 3, dezelfde weg die u naar de jachthaven en de paardenstallen van Sunriver brengt. Het is 5 minuten lopen naar het natuurcentrum en ongeveer 20 minuten naar het winkelcentrum. Ons appartement heeft een onovertroffen uitzicht op Lake Aspen en Mt. Bachelor opleiding! De achterste patio kijkt uit over Lake Aspen en uitzicht op Mt Bachelor. Herten, zwanen, eenden, ganzen en zelfs af en toe een otter zijn te zien. De sterren 's nachts zijn geweldig! Dit appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers is voorzien van airconditioning. De slaapkamer is goed ingericht met een kingsize bed en mango-houten meubels, een flatscreen-tv en een dvd-speler. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een zeer comfortabele koningin en een eenpersoonsbed, tv met dvd. Beide douchecabines zijn uitgerust met handgrepen voor eenvoudig in- en uitstappen. Zeer ruime woonkamer met lederen meubels, 42 inch plasma-tv, dvd en draadloze internetverbinding. Er zijn houten vloeren in de hoofdkamers, tapijten in de slaapkamers, centrale airconditioning, gashaard, nieuwe elektrische Jennair-reeks en een grote Weber gasbarbecue. Elk appartement in Quelah heeft een eigen overdekte parkeerplaats en ruimte voor extra auto. Absoluut GEEN HUISDIEREN en NIET ROKEN aub!
Het Quelah Condo-complex heeft drie privétennisbanen, een jacuzzi, een zwembad en een kinderzwembad.
Het Sunriver Resort heeft een nieuw water- en recreatiecentrum, tennisbanen, schilderachtige golfbanen, winkels, restaurants en meer dan 33 km aan fietspaden om te verkennen.

Quelah 105 is everything I could hope for in a Sunriver getaway—and more. The condo is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials and then some: a well-stocked kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals, cozy blankets and comfortable beds for restful nights, plus games for quiet evenings in. The communal amenities—pool, hot tub, and tennis courts—add to the resort-like feel, making it ideal for both relaxation and recreation.The owners are always available to take care of any questions or requests.But what truly sets this place apart is its location and view. Just steps from the nature center, my daily walks feel like something out of a dream. From the deck, I love watching the steady stream of bikers and walkers pass by on the nearby path—it’s the perfect spot for peaceful people-watching with a cup of coffee in hand.And the view… it’s simply breathtaking. I’ve stayed in Sunriver many times, and I can honestly say this is one of the best—if not the best—views in the area. From the living room, you can watch swans glide across the water, geese and ducks paddling by, herons standing tall, and deer wandering through the landscape. It’s like having your own private nature show.Sunriver holds a special place in my heart, and Quelah 105 is my sanctuary within it. I’ve stayed here several times over the years. Life threw me a curveball—cancer kept me away for a while—but I’m back now, and this sweet condo welcomed me like an old friend. I’ll absolutely be returning again.

Magical Weekend in Sunriver

Our family of 6 had a fantastic stay in Sunriver. The condo was clean, organized, and had everything that we needed to enjoy the long weekend. The location made it convenient to walk or bike into the village, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the morning view from the deck was beautiful while drinking coffee.

We had a wonderful post-Christmas stay. The location is fantastic. Great views of Lake Aspen changing throughout the day. It is also very close to the mall. The condo had all the kitchen amenities needed and plenty of space for a family of 4. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We hope to come back soon!

Loved this place

We have frequented Sunriver for several decades and stayed at many properties- this one is one of the top locations for us. We loved the view of the lake- it was serene and quiet. And lots of walks on the paths around the nature area/observatory were beautiful in the snow. This compact and well-appointed place is ideal for a couple or two or a small family. The kitchen is well equipped as well. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. The location and view from the condo couldn’t have been better.! We enjoyed watching the swans and geese. A stroll around the pond we spotted otters playing. Owner Chad was so helpful and kind with our numerous date changes.

Stayed for a wedding at Fort Rock park. This location is close enough to everything in Sunriver. The view off the back of the nature reserve is great. We enjoyed the space and that both bedrooms have their own bathroom. Living space is cozy and kitchen is a nice size. Other than needing dusting the unit seemed clean. Communication was A+

Peaceful View!

This condo is right on Aspen Lake. It’s a beautiful view. We loved sitting outside and watching the family of swans that live on the lake. It is very peaceful. It has a great location and is only minutes from all parts of Sunriver.

This was my 2nd time staying at this condo and I can’t wait to go back next year! Location is perfect. Kitchen has everything you need to eat in every meal, which I did—saves so much $$. Perfect for both relaxation and recreation.

The view from the back porch is just as pictured, and “Gus” (a large resident swan) greeted us from the pond as we opened the screened doors to bask in the fresh air and sunshine. The walking/cycling trails are extensive (including unpaved mountain bike trails), and the location provides great access to the nature preserve just across the pond, the marina, horses, the river trail, golf, and Sunriver Village grocery, restaurants, and shops. Our only disappointments (which had nothing to do with the owners) were that the tennis nets were not yet up on the Quelah courts so we couldn’t play (pre-Memorial Day weekend) and there were two “prescribed burns” in the vicinity that limited outdoor activity on those days. That said, the beautiful location, well appointed condo, responsive owners, and many available activities promoting both rest and recreation are what we will again look forward to on return visits!
