WELCOME TO BIG SKY 3 IN SUNRIVER!

This 6 Bedroom 5 ½ bath reverse living vacation property is located on the North end of Sunriver across from the Benham Falls family-friendly route/paved trail access. This stunning 3500 square foot home will soon become your vacation favorite. This home has plenty of room for all your guests, sleeping 16.


This stunning home is a light and bright lodge style with Air Conditioning, unique angles, ceiling-to-floor windows, and an open, airy feel.

The main entryway leads you to the upper level of the home. You will fall in love with the view as you walk through the beautiful living room area. Equipped with a flat-screen TV and a gorgeous stone gas fireplace. There is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a great movie together. The beautiful well-appointed modern kitchen has granite countertops, wood cabinetry, and tongue and groove ceilings and is equipped with many new items. Everything you need to make that special family dinner can be found in this kitchen. The large dining area table is perfect for those large family dinners. The main level also has access to the upper patio, which has two large NEW patio furniture sets. These are perfect for those evening BBQs.

There is a King master bedroom on the main level which has a new mattress (2024). This suite is equipped with log furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and a private fireplace. The large bathroom has dual sinks, a large soaker-style jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

Downstairs to the middle level there is a grand media room, a perfect hangout for the younger ones to have a place to call their own. A large arc-shaped sectional facing the large flat-screen TV, and a warm gas fireplace are ideal for playing video games. This room has a wet bar area with a sink, microwave, and a mini refrigerator. This room also has access to the large hot tub for all family members to enjoy.

The bedroom on the middle floor is equipped with a queen size bed and a twin bunk bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The adjoining bathroom has a dual vanity and a tub shower combination.

The remaining bedrooms are on the lower level. Here, you will find the laundry room with 2 washer and dryer sets to use during your stay. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and a twin bunk bed. This room has a TV and a jack’n’jill bathroom that leads into bedroom #4 which has two twin bunk beds and a TV. Bedroom #5 is a queen master suite with a TV. There is a lovely Walkin shower for your privacy. Bedroom #6 has a large king size bed, TV and a spacious bathroom with a Walkin shower.

Big Sky #3 is dog friendly and will gladly welcome 2 dogs.

There are 12 new adult bikes, 2 new smaller size bikes and a burly trailer for you and your family to enjoy the vast paved bike paths in Sunriver. Also in the double car garage is a ping pong table and a second refrigerator.

This home comes with 14 SHARC passes giving you free access to the SHARC water park, tennis, pickle ball, disc golf, and the Sunriver Marina.

There is plenty of onsite parking, fitting up to 5 vehicles.

This is a beautiful house with lots of room. It is a spot with very little in terms of supplies, I’d suggest bringing your own coffee and first aid kit. The host is very quick to reply to any questions or issues.

Came with a group of friends to go skiing at Bachelor for the weekend and we're extremely satisfied with our stay here. The place is massive and very comfortably slept our big group. Lots of places to hang out and the hot tub was great after a cold day on the mountain. A bit of a windy drive to get out of the neighborhood, especially during a snow storm but nothing we couldn't manage. Would definitely come back.

This house was a really great size for our extended family. There were 14 of us, and plenty of space for all of us. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. We were so happy that we were able to bring our dog. Fantastic weekend.

This dog friendly home suited our needs to near perfection! My extended family and our four dogs had a very merry Holiday stay, with a white Christmas as a cherry on top. A few door handles and hinges on the lower floor could use some inspection and adjustment. I would recommend some spare batteries be left for the kitchen trash lid for future guests. For our visit, we were to happy to buy some batteries and leave spares in the garage as a thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our family weekend! We had our 4 kids and families stay and everyone had space to sleep, rest, play and relax. The three levels make it so you can “get away” from the crowd if you wish. Beautiful kitchen, well appointed and set up for large groups with two dishwashers, ovens and lots of table space. Two sets of washers/dryers make it easy for those with littles to keep things clean. Great hot tub. My only small complaint is that when a breaker on the hot tub kept switching off the hot tub maintenance man drained the tub, so we were without it for a day and evening. Boo Hoo. BUT, when I called in the problem the rental agency sent him over IMMEDIATELY! We would definitely stay here again with our large family! So much fun.

Overall the house is really great for family or friend gatherings! A couple complaints - the couches in the upstairs living room space were dirty and had holes in them. There were cobwebs in some corners and the floors were not cleaned thoroughly - someone in my group stepped on broken glass. Those things aside, the property management company were quick to respond and very friendly. We even left something behind and they were able to let us back in the house after check-out! The house is big with lots of rooms and space. Kids loved all the bunk beds and bonus room downstairs. Great hot tub! We very much enjoyed our stay at Big Sky 3!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The layout worked well for our extended family to stay together with everyone getting privacy when they wanted it. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, though the chemicals smelled terrible and likely need fixing. My main complaint was that the wi-fi hardly worked in parts of the house and some of the appliances weren't working well. We enjoyed using the bikes, but be warned that there was only one helmet available. The location was great and we especially enjoyed the proximity to the path that goes over to the Lava Lands visitor center. Be advised that at the time of this writing, the SHARC pool is not open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

I have stayed at many VRBO properties before and I can say I was not impressed about a lot of items… Carpets were in need of cleaning. Kitchen had very old pans that needed to be replaced! Air conditioning worked downstairs, but not upstairs. Furniture ripped and dirty upstairs ( leather sofas). TV upstairs in living room did not work as the downstairs. Beautiful layout and floor plan, property. Couldn’t use SHARC because laps swims were too busy, and limited availability due to lack of staff.
