This updated home is a great gathering spot for the whole family. With high ceilings, lovely natural light, and beautiful wood accents throughout, you’ll feel like you’re in a lodge in the woods while being close to all that Sunriver has to offer.

The living room features an open layout with a gas fireplace and a large TV. The well-stocked kitchen with a gas stove makes entertaining a breeze, and the dining table offers seating for 8.

On the first level, you’ll find access to the hot tub on the private side deck, which wraps around to an open and spacious back deck. Two bedrooms; one bunk room with full over full bed arrangement, and a King bedroom are downstairs. Both lower level rooms offer TVs and are nicely separated by a full bathroom with a large soaking tub with a shower.

Head upstairs to a king ensuite bedroom with a private enclosed balcony, TV, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower.

For some family fun, head out to the garage where you’ll find ping pong and a foosball table.

Tour all of the local hot spots in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes you will find waiting for you in the garage! 17 Yellow Pine is a short walk or ride to over 30 miles of paved pathways exploring Sunriver. The fun at Fort Rock Park, shops and restaurants at the Village at Sunriver, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of this home.
