Quaint, Cozy, Comfortable Home

Our 3 bed, 3 bath 2008 custom built home features a unique and inviting presence with emphasis on light, open space and hosting gatherings with family and friends. We are conveniently located in the historic district close to parks, downtown, and the Deschutes River. Our home includes a theatre/projector room, hot tub, upstairs work space, and washer/dryer.

The space
We built our home with the idea in mind for our elder parent to live on the main floor while we had our own space on the top floor with its own balcony , hot tub and a peak a boo view of the middle Sister in the cascade mountain range. The doors are on the main floor are wheelchair accessible with two sets of French doors . The main
Floor has an open floor plan with French doors to the back yard . We have a wood burning fireplace and lots of light from the many windows. There is a mud room and pantry off the kitchen and stairs leading to the basement. The basement has a projector and cozy living area to watch sport events and movies. There is a queen bed , closet and full bathroom in the basement.
There is a bedroom and bathroom on each floor.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and garage.

Other things to note
The house is located in Bend’s historic district. We have close relationships with our neighbors and respect their need for quiet time after 10 pm.
