"River Me Timbers" Riverfront condo with balcony near downtown Bend

This is a one-bedroom condominium on the third floor with a balcony giving you an amazing view of the Deschutes. The condo has two separate rooms. There is a private bedroom with a locking communicating door. The riverside living room features a remodeled kitchen, another bathroom, a desk and seating area. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove top and oven. Dishes and cookware are provided. An island in the kitchen gives you a spot to make meals while you socialize with the rest of your party, watch TV and keep an eye on that incredible view.

The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums line the Deschutes River and are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs on our grassy patio or in the park next door. Take the riverside trail north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown Bend cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs and downtown boutiques in under ten minutes.

Our property does include an indoor heated pool and hot tub which are open daily, so don't forget to pack those suits!

Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)
