With a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, up to 6 guests can settle in for your high desert vacation. Bring along 2 pets for an additional fee. Revel in access to the indoor heated pool and hot tub from 9:00 AM-10:00 PM daily!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
