Let us introduce you to this charming studio, which we have nicknamed, 'Steidl Cottage," nestled on the banks of the Deschutes River, this condo offers a delightful retreat for those seeking a serene and picturesque experience in Bend! The cottage boasts a cozy queen bed, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep or just a place to lay down and watch the river rush by from the (almost) floor to ceiling window! For entertainment, a TV with a DVD player is provided, allowing you to unwind and enjoy your favorite movies or shows. The dinette set for two provides a perfect spot for intimate meals or a game of cards, while a super comfy recliner invites you to relax and take in the tranquil surroundings.



One of the highlights of this cottage is the full kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and plenty of cookware! This allows you to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in whenever you desire. Additionally, a full bathroom awaits, complete with a walk-in shower and a bidet, providing both functionality and comfort.

The studio cottage comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a studio cottage in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This studio cottage is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The studio cottage comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
