The Space:

Wake up to the smell of juniper and pine surrounding you in this spacious and comfortable house at the north end of Sunriver. This charming property, which we have affectionately named “Hart Is Where The Home Is” is located on Hart Mountain Road, near the Cottonwood entrance to Sunriver. It offers a comfortable and memorable stay with its array of amenities and convenient location.



Bring the whole crew because this house can sleep up to 10 people. There are three private bedrooms, two of which are equipped with king-sized beds and the third with a full-sized bed. Additionally, you will find two sets of bunk beds in the basement family room. Feel free to bring your furry family member along as well because well-behaved pets are welcome for a one-time pet fee of $50 per pet (2 pets max).



Experience the beauty of nature from the comfort of the main living area with its floor-to-ceiling windows. Deer and other wildlife roam freely all around the property so indulge in the tranquility of nature while sipping your morning coffee on the spacious deck. From this vantage point, you can immerse yourself in the picturesque surroundings of Sunriver, taking in the sights and sounds of the great outdoors. For a truly enchanting experience, venture down to the lower level of the deck and unwind in the hot tub while gazing up at the mesmerizing night sky. Whether you choose to relax with a drink on the deck or stargaze from the hot tub, this house offers the perfect setting to connect with nature and find serenity during your stay.



The large, well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals and gathering with loved ones. The kitchen provides ample space for multiple cooks — you can never have too many cooks in the kitchen here —and is stocked with modern appliances to cater to your culinary needs. Enjoy the flexibility and culinary freedom that comes with having a fully stocked kitchen, rather than having to rely on eating out for every meal during your stay.



This house boasts the convenience of 3.5 bathrooms, ensuring that everyone in your group can enjoy their privacy without having to wait for others. The two primary bedrooms each have their own adjoining bathrooms. There is an additional half bath on the main floor and then the fourth full bathroom is downstairs.



To further elevate your stay, we have included 8 passes to the SHARC center. The SHARC offers a variety of recreational activities, including swimming pools, water slides, a sledding hill and fitness facilities. With these passes, you and your group can enjoy endless hours of fun and relaxation.
