Prachtige lokatie en uitzicht
Beni beach is echt een aanrader. Vanaf het grote terras heb je een prachtig uitzicht. Alles is dichtbij en de omgeving is heel rustig. Appartement was proper. Personeel was behulpzaam. Wij zullen zeker nog eens teruggaan.

Mooi ruim en schoon appartement
Net goed onderhouden en ruim appartement. Wel een groot complex, 26 vefdiepingen. Mooi ruim afgesloten balkon. Is wel gehorige bouw maar we hadden niet veel buren. Ligging is prima. Ca 15 min lopen van oude centrum. Prachtig uitzicht over de zee. Helaas alleen wifi bjj receptie.

Pieniä muutoksia ja korjauksia
Hotellilla oli uima-allas mutta sen läheisyydessä ei ollenkaan aurinkotuoleja eikä sinne olisi saanut viedä patjaa tai vilttiä juomista ja muista puhumattakaan. Pihalla oli kyllä aurinkotuoleja mutta ne olivat ilmeisesti entisellä "parkkipaikalla" josta oli matkaa altaalle ja sitä varjosti itse hotelli. Asunto 084 oli kyllä oikein siistissä kunnossa mutta pientä fixausta vaatis esim parvekkeen liukuoven laakerointi ja makuuhuoneen ovea pitäis madaltaa alhaalta niin ettei se hankais lattiaa, keittiön kaapin ovia säätää jotta ne menis kiinni, jääkaapin ovi vääränkätinen.

It was a great experience check in the apartment was very easy. We were allowed to to check in earlier than expected since our unit was all ready and cleaned. The staffs were friendly and approachable.Security aspect was imposed accordingly and I should say you can leave your belongings without any worry .The ocean view was spectacular I enjoyed every moment.Overall this apartment was well recommended . And thank you for letting us stay for a few hours in the lobby it was a huge bonus.

Tres chiche pour la fourniture de papier hygiénique. 2 petits rouleaux pour 4 personnes tous les 4 jours ,après il faut en acheter ,malgré le tarif journalier de location,sinon vous avez vos mains mais penser à les laver après,car pas de dépassement dans la fourniture.

Fantastic stay right at the beach...views to die for...Friendly helpful staff great balcony...far enough away from the bustle of the new town but accessible along the promenade. Plenty of bars & restaurants right on the doorstep...try Cheers for an amazing lunch!Pool looked nice but sunbeds in a different area so didn't use it. Beds a little hard but all very clean . Nice &quiet within the property & sound of the sea relaxing. Great choice for a week in the sun.

Very nice stay and a perfect location just by the beach. The apartments and hotel is old and nothing much to do in the lobby area or outside but again it was not needed and the stay was very nice and the staff was friendly.

Basic apartment but clean with views to die for. Some nice eating places locally. Only gripe we had was no internet in the room, only in reception which wouldn't have been so bad if there had been a snack bar or even a bar (in the evening).

Perfect location!
A simple, but nice and very affordable apartmenthotel. Elevator straight to the great beach and with everything else within walking distance. Everything was clean and neat. The layout of the apartment was wellplanned with a generous and sunny terrass with view over the beach and most of Benidorm and in total privacy. We spent lovley mornings and evenings here! Minus was the stove and owen that didn't work properly and some utensils lacking or of poor quality. I would also have appreciated some basic things like salt and pepper, oil and soap. But we had the towles changes once and toilet paper was provided. In the back there is a nice pool, though in shadow most of the day so we did not use it. Plus for reception open 24/7. The stairs is outside of the building, wich I thought was nice in case of fire. It felt safe. Of course there are elevators to use too. Good to know is that you pay in advance and leave a cach deposite per person (40 euro). We thought it was 40 all together but there was no problem to fix this the following day. Very nice staff, although we had little to do whith them as this is a lowservice hotel. All in all we had a lovely stay and with a surprisingly low price (300 euro for a week) and wonderful location this is a total recommendation! I could very well come back next year!

Great location. Perfect for walking anywhere.
We had a brilliant stay. Apartments were ideally situated with great views. Beds a bit hard but loads of space for four of us. We definitely use again!

Cómodo, limpio y muy bien situado. Lo peor la piscina y las duchas de la piscina, muy sucias. El caballero de la recepción fue muy poco amable, cuadriculado y poco dispuesto a ayudar a los clientes.

Logement Bien situé mais vieillissant
Immeuble très bien situé. C'est son atout principal : vue mer et les pieds dans l'eau. Par contre immeuble vieillissant ayant besoin de rénovation. Il n'y a pas le climatisation et même pas un seul ventilateur. Avec 34 degrés plein Sud tous les jours et pas moins de 29 degré la nuit, ce fut l'enfer ! Il faudrait vraiment installer des ventilateurs au plafond des appartements ce serait un minimum ! Seules 2 plaques de cuisson fonctionnaient sinon l'électricité sautait. Le bord de la piscine est à refaire : carrelage sale , terreux, abîmé et dangereux et la Piscine est sale de ce fait. Le tarif est trop élevé pour le si peu de confort. La literie est mauvaise, la salle de bain est un sauna même en prenant des douches froides... Bref, seul l'emplacement de ces appartements est à recommander. La caution est à régler en espèces à l'arrivée soit 80€ par adulte et il faut aussi payer en liquide obligatoirement le parking si vous voulez pouvoir vous garer. Ce qui fait beaucoup de cash à sortir des l'arrivée !

Son buenos apartamentos, vistas insuperables y muy limpios. La zona de piscina algo descuidada, las puertas del apartamento tuvieron que venir a arreglarlas y perdimos varias horas mientras las reparaban. Está un poco deteriorado en general, baño antiguo. Se necesita aire acondicionado, hace mucho calor. Nos quisieron culpar de la rotura de una tabla del sofá que nosotros no habíamos hecho, aconsejo que revisen todo antes de usarlo, y comuniquen lo que encuentren, para que no les culpen después injustamente. Me devolvieron la fianza, pero me llevé un gran disgusto con la actuación de la revisora. Y no admiten mascotas, pero yo vi gente con dos jaulas y que casualidad, que ellos no les veían nunca. Les pregunté por correo dias antes y no me pude llevar a mi conejita...

Semester med familjen mitt i högsommarvärmen. Ingen AC vilket jag borde kollat. Skummadrasser, ingen höjdare. Stod att det fanns kaffekokare vilket det inte gjorde så det var bara att köpa en egen. Väldigt slitet och i mycket stort behov av renovering. Badrumsdörren smulades sönder av all fukt. Inga solstolar var tillåtna vid poolen. Aldrig mer.

On 16th floor, views amazing overlooking beach, good lift service. All facilities on your doorstep. New town taxi ride away or stroll 20 mins through the shops, restaurants,live music bars along the beach/seafront. Staff helpful. No air-conditioning though, good flow of air through apartment and wifi only available in reception but lots of free wifi in vars restaurants etc Full sized fridge, cooker & microwave & range of crockery & pots etc.

really good- only thing was they tried to charge us for towels that were 'missing' from the room when infact the maid had cleared them out. we did resolve it thou. location was great and it was very clean !

Stags and Hens are a problem here !!!
The reception staff are very welcoming and are ready to assist in any way they can. Adequate lifts get you to where you need to be.The apartments on a whole are great. Clean, tidy and reasonably maintained. The location is excellent for the beach and local bars and restaurants. It isn't too far to take a leisurely walk down into the new town where there is something for everyone. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by the streams of Stag and Hen parties that dominated all of the buildings communal areas. Reception, the bar and pool area where swarming with loud drunken revellers who had no respect for themselves never mind any of the other guests. Foul language filled the air day and night, with very little respite. The final straw came when a member of one of these very large bawdy groups defecated in the swimming pool causing it to be closed down for cleaning. All of this behaviour took place in the presence of several families with small children. To say I was thoroughly disgusted is an understatement. The hotel had placed signs in public areas to state that they would not tolerate any loud drunken behaviour, however, I feel if that was for our peace of mind, as it certainly didn't act as a deterrent. Groups would return all hours of the night causing broken sleep and frayed tempers.....
