This spacious house is divided into two independent and fully equipped apartments, offering privacy and comfort to all guests. Surrounded by trees and just 1 km from La Fustera beach, the villa is ideally located 2.5 km from Calpe, allowing you to easily explore the wonders of the Costa Blanca.

First apartment (upper floor):
This apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and an additional full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. The spacious living-dining room, with a fireplace and TV, is perfect for relaxing. Each bedroom and the living room have independent air conditioning for your comfort.

Second apartment (ground floor):
This apartment includes 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 single bedroom, ideal for families with children. The living-dining room is furnished with several sofas, a TV, and a dining table, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and basic kitchen utensils. The bathroom features a spacious shower, ensuring comfort for all guests.

Exterior and common areas:
The villa offers a charming outdoor space with a private pool and terrace, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun. Relax in the garden, prepare a meal in the barbecue area, or unwind on the terrace while enjoying the tranquility this villa offers. Additionally, there is an independent laundry room with a washing machine easily accessible from the garden and private parking for your convenience.

Office hours:
Summer: Mon–Fri from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00
Winter: Mon–Fri from 09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 18:00

Check-in/key collection: from 16:00

For arrivals outside office hours, on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays: request key collection instructions and complete the online check-in.

Check-out: Until 11:00

Check-in procedure:
• Present ID for all guests. If arriving outside office hours, please notify us in advance and complete the online check-in.
• Security deposit (300€) to be paid by card or bank transfer.
• The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out.

House rules:
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property or in common areas.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation is allowed.
• Cleaning and order upon check-out: Final cleaning includes standard cleaning of the accommodation. Before departure, all dishes and utensils must be washed and stored, garbage taken out, and furniture returned to its original place. Failure to comply will incur a minimum charge of €30, which may increase depending on the extra work required.
• Pets are only allowed with prior written authorization. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
• Charges apply for lost keys, remotes, or access cards.
• 24h emergency line available only for urgent matters (e.g., no electricity, water leaks). Misuse will be charged.
• Failure to comply with these rules may result in total or partial loss of the deposit. INFTOUR SPAIN S.L. reserves the right of admission and may cancel the stay immediately if the guest violates the house rules.
