BEAUTIFUL VILLA LOCATED IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For a maximum of 8+1 guests.

LAYOUT: The GOOD VIBES villa is accessed from the upper part of the property. As soon as we enter, we find ourselves in the lounge area with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a television. Right next to it is the dining room with a table and chairs. To the left of the living room is the open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the necessary elements for the preparation of magnificent meals. The hallway leads to the three bedrooms, all of which have a double bed. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Another bathroom with a bathtub is also available on this floor. Going down the exterior stairs, we reach the ground floor of the property where there is a bathroom with shower as a bedroom with a double bed. On this floor there is also a single sofa bed.

EXTERIOR: The villa GOOD VIBES has several chill out areas as well as several terraces. The first of these is on the upper floor and consists of an outdoor dining table with chairs for all the guests, as well as a chill out area with panoramic views of the surroundings of the villa. At the pool level, we will find the other chill out areas, as well as a table to have a drink while enjoying a swim in the private pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers for sunbathing.

LOCATION: The villa is located in a place with very good access and very close to the towns of Calpe, Moraira and Benissa. In addition, we will find different beach areas and coves just a few minutes away by car, as well as several leisure areas and water activities.
