LAYOUT: Villa SUNSET ROCK is situated on top of the hills of a privileged location near Cala Llebeig, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The villa comes with terrace and sea views and features 3 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms with a bath. The structure is of a classical Mediterranean style and offers a great comfort overall, being easy to access. Villa SUNSET ROCK consists of 3 floors: a top, middle and lower floor. We enter the villa through the middle floor, where we directly encounter a spacious salon area with a living/dining room with TV, sofas, dining table and air conditioning. Furthermore, it has an open kitchen area with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and oven. Going outside from this living area, we straight arrive to a covered terrace where we can enjoy the great views over the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains right next to the villa. On this same floor, we have one bedroom with a double bed and bathroom at our disposal, which has an exit door to the terrace. On the lower floor we have the other 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other one with a double bed. As well there, we have a bathroom with a shower at our disposal. Both rooms offer air conditioning. On this floor we can go straight to the pool area, where we find a fantastic private pool with a glass balustrade with stunning sea views over Cala Llebeig and the cliffs. Several sunbeds are waiting for us to relax and unwind along the pool. Last but not least, on the top floor we find a solarium area where there is a little seating corner from where the views over the Mediterranean are even more breathtaking as from the other two floors.

EXTERIOR: Villa SUNSET ROCK offers parking space on the street right in front of the villa. Furthermore, some garden areas complete this villa which is a perfect choice for those looking to relax and unwind in a beautiful setting.
