'Good stay when I needed some rest on my way home from a trip. The guy behind the desk was super friendly and helpful. Pet friendly, no real area to potty your pup.... so plan to be taking your pet for walks. But a nice, super basic yet comfortable place. I couldnt figure out working the tv for the life of me, but you can always call the front desk during their working hours! Served it's purpose for my dog and I on our way up the coast.'

'Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator.'

'Only negative is the third bed was not made and we had only 2 sets of towels. After asking we tot the art of towels and linnen but had to make the bed ourself'

'We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and water park amenities. Discovered when we got here (it is not clear on their site) that there is a substantial fee to go to the water park and even use the pool. We also booked a family suite and were sad to find that the tv in the second sleeping area had been removed and there was nothing they could do. The gal at the desk when we arrived could do nothing and the manager in the morning was downright rude. I would not recommend staying here....

'Ken wood Inn and Spa is absolutely breathtaking! The hotel gives you Italy vibes. The views are spectacular. The free breakfast every morning is delicious! Can’t forget about the Mimosa Bar that’s included with your free breakfast. They offer daily free wine tastings from 5-6pm. It’s a great time to meet people staying at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to come back!'
