Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it includes an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area and a shower room. There is also a 200 m² garden ! The accommodation includes :
- A 20 m² living room with a dining area and a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine and tumble dryer, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- An enclosed, shared 200 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

- A drink on the terrace of the Alhambra while watching the boats struggle against the current to pass the ‘Coq’ is a perfect introduction to an evening at the casino in Bénodet.
- The towns of Quimper, Concarneau and Pont-l'Abbé, easily reached by bus, are also packed with varied sites of interest.
