This new house, ideal for 6 people, welcomes you in a quiet residential area, just 2 km from the town centre and the first beaches. Enjoy its garden and large 30 m² terrace equipped with a barbecue for convivial outdoor moments. Nearby, explore the coastal path GR34, embark on a cruise on the Odet or indulge in water sports. Between relaxation and discovery, this house is perfect for rejuvenating holidays in Brittany.



Once you pass through the entrance door, cross a corridor and discover a large living area of over 30 m², open to the terrace. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster), provides you with everything necessary for cooking. For your breakfasts, a kettle and a filter coffee maker are also available. On the living room/dining area side, a large table for 6 people as well as a cosy space with sofas, armchairs and a coffee table await you for convivial moments with family or friends.



On the right of the entrance, a first bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a wardrobe offers a comfortable sleeping space. A bathroom with a shower and WC as well as a laundry room complete the ground floor.



Upstairs, two large bedrooms each have a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe. You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and WC, as well as a dedicated play area for children.



For more comfort, a washing machine is made available to you during your stay. You also benefit from two secure parking spaces in the courtyard of the accommodation.
