There are roaches and other insects in the room. The room did not have toilet paper, and the place was dirty. I will never go there ever again.

It's a cheap Interstate hotel. I felt it was safe and clean for what it was. The Mexican restaurant next the lobby was fantastic, though. Homemade chips and well-prepared dishes, including mole enchiladas and quesobirria.

Arrived to the hotel after a long day on the road! Was awoke at 1230 am by our neighbors in the next room over having a party ! The front desk was able to move us to a different room. The new room was quiet but had no hot water in the shower!

I will say the staff so nice but the room. When you walk in aweful moldey, musky smell, don't wear your white socks because they will be black. Tub did not drain,sink took 15 minutes to drain. Had to go buy towels because there's stunk so bad. Was cheap but never again will I stay here But staff was friendly.

The room had roaches and front desk was like what do you want me to do. Housekeeping lady was there and changed our room. Refrigerator in room was dirty and microwave was dirty. The looks on website of hotel and rooms on website false .

If I get my $50.00 deposit back when I check out then Helen at the front desk was great. In all my travels I don’t recall making any deposit while check in. We shall see.

Could be worse, could be a lot better
They recently renovated but when I say renovated, they basically just slapped a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom was pretty pathetic with a half empty shampoo/conditioner bottle. I found a pile that the housekeeper swept near the door that had a cockroach in it. The bed was made well and clean, however. It’s cheap but still not really worth the price in my opinion.

The room was rundown and dirty. Saw bedbugs and there was stains on linen and bed cover. I overall was not expecting that the room will be in this condition for the price paid.

Thanks for your feed back.During your stay you did not call at the desk to complain about the room plus you stayed whole night and checked out at 10.30am,plus you did not complain or said anything about the room to desk clerk.There was no bedbugs in the room as we and the pest control personal check it.Anyway thanks for your feedback.

I wish I could get my money back from this stay. The location of this Days Inn was next to the highway so I heard every single car pass by at night. I felt unsafe and it was shady, especially since I’m a woman. The room wasn’t terribly dirty but it also wasn’t the cleanest hotel. Cleanliness could improve. Also toilet of my bathroom was loose.

My room was absolutely filthy. Throw up all in the toilet, some white splatters dripping down the mirror I don't even want to know what it was, dirty linens, hair in tub... One of the dirtiest rooms I've seen in a long time. When I called reception for house keeping she said theh were gone for the evening and she didn't know when they wouldbbe back even the next day. I asked for cleaning supplies so I could do it myself which she refused to provide. I even asked if there was a store nearby (the area is middle of nowhere and NIT convenient to Raleigh if you're using Uber/Lyft; it took me 3 hours to get a ride back on a Saturday night and had to pay $150 one way) and was told there were no stores with cleaning supplies nearby. Would NOT recommend unless there's absolutely nothing else available for a 20 mile radius as was the case for me.

Nicer than expected.
Everything in my room was in good shape. The bed was comfortable. The room was larger than I expected. Parking was convenient. I would definitely book there again.

Hello. Today is Feb 12th and I am sitting outside @430 pm of Days Inn by Wyndham in Benson NC. Check in is supposedly 3 pm. But this place looks and smells like a dump and rat trap. I went in @20 mins ago and was told no rooms are ready. I called your customer service trying to cancel a few mins ago. I was on hold so I walk back up to registration door and it is locked. Customer service comes back on to tell me no one answered. This is ridiculous!! It's 5:20 p and I am still waiting in lobby ( being told just minutes ago that someone is cleaning a room just for me as I sit here and a white guy is being checked in) which by the way is also customer no service as bathroom has 'out of order' sign on it. Oh and When I was sitting in lobby I asked Associate why the white man got to check in and go to his room immediately she said I couldnt get one of the rooms that were ready because I wasnt from 'out of town' I said, "I dont live in this town" She must have meant out of stsmaye but thats prejudice. No batteries in tv remote. Maid not finish cleaning and crying the blues how somebody done her wrong. She gets 3 dols a room and have to do 30? Rooms on and on. Half done clean with bits of trash every where. Including empty plastic bottle. I picked up some. Phone not working. Etc like a horror show. Wyndham name got me to register but they should disassociate themselves.
