The outside gate latch was missing, Ice machine on 5th floor was not working, jaccuzi tub out of order, the handicap lift at poolside was broken. A family had to physically lift their approx 200 lb boy out of the pool. Outside of property condition, staff was excellent and spacious room.'

'We love the layout of the room! We love the bed and the pillows! All of the other furniture was extremely comfortable as well and the bathroom layout was great. Could live in that room, come down for breakfast, and head off to work if I lived here and weren't retired. The only iffy thing was the lack of lighting. But everything else offset that. '
