Gemakkelijk te voet of met de fiets naar de stad en de stranden, Kal-Haven trail is slechts een paar blokken verderop, mooie vuurplaats en kinderen spelen set!

Deze Vintage Charm historische "Annabelle's" ligt dicht bij Downtown winkels, zandstranden, cafés en goede restaurants.
Het huis heeft 5 slaapkamers met alle nieuwe matrassen. 4 queensize bedden, 2 Twins stapelbedden, nog een stapelbed volle bodem en Twin aan de bovenkant. Geschikt voor 12 personen met een zeer comfortabele ruimte en toegankelijk voor gehandicapten!
De meeste kamers hebben nieuwe Bamboe vloeren, prachtige veranda met een overzicht van mooie achtertuin en tuin, PATIO HEATER voor 3 seizoen kamer! In de winter kun je nog steeds genieten van de 3 seizoenskamer!
Dek met buitentafel en enorme gasgrill, vuurplaats voor het maken van je s'more en zie je kinderen spelen op de grote tuin. Je zult gekoesterde herinneringen maken met je familie, vrienden in deze Vintage "Annabelle's".
Ontspan en geniet van uw familie tijd na een leuke dag in South Haven. Zonsondergang kijken op het strand of 's avonds sterren kijken in de achtertuin.
Grote woonkamer heeft een super comfortabele Laz-boy bank en love seat, schommelstoel, flatscreen televisie, dvd-speler, blue-ray, WI-FI aanwezig. er zijn voldoende parkeerplaatsen voor u.
Tuinstoelen, speelgoed in de tuin en scooters voor kinderen voor de dag plezier wanneer u thuis bent, strandstoel, veel ligstoelen die u kunt genieten en meenemen naar het strand.
We hopen ons huis met u en uw familie of vrienden te delen, wensen elk van u genieten van elk moment van uw verblijf en hebben een geweldige tijd in South Haven!

We had a great time. The property was fantastic. It is very close to the beach and close to shopping. Everything was as described. My family was together for a wedding. This location was comfortable and perfect for everyone to be together and relax. Loved the town of South Haven. Beaches and water was just great and all worked out very well. Highly recommend if need a larger place and want flexibility for friends and family.

Michigan for the win!

We decided to try Michigan instead of Florida. The weather was amazing. There is so much to do close by. Only a mile walk to the beach, 15 minutes to golf, blueberry picking, winery visits and horseback riding. The house was great for our family of 9. The bikes, corn hole, firepit and blackstone grill added to our family fun. Will reccomend this property to friends.l

Perfect location to walk downtown. We usually drove to the beach because of all the chairs and beach stuff. There were bicycles to ride if you wanted to do that. The grandkids loved the play set. We enjoyed the fire pit to make fires & s’mores. The wood is provided which was awesome! The Host is easy to communicate with!

We planned a weekend away with our entire family (9 Adults and 2 Kids) This location was perfect. The back yard and deck area were exactly what we wanted. The kitchen was completely stocked and the beds were comfortable.

Good for Families

Great location just a few blocks from downtown. We were able to walk down with ease for meals and ice cream. House was very clean with plenty of space for everyone. Very large dining room table with lots of seating. Living room has 2 sofas that seat 5 total. Beds were very comfortable and the extra AC units on the west bedrooms allowed us to keep temps regulated for the babies. There is a crib in the first floor bedroom, but the mattress was too soft for my infant but we had space for the pack and play. Kitchen had really nice nonstick cookware and plenty of dishes. Upstairs bathroom has extra shelving to store everyone’s toiletries. Sun room was a treat for morning coffee on rainy days. House was under contract for sale at the time of our stay. Hopefully the new owners keep the same level of cleanliness for future stays. Play set is aging, inspect before climbing.

Nice quick getaway

We booked the property for a quick weekend getaway to south haven we had 2 familys so 4 adults and 4 kids. This house was plenty big for all of us we didn’t even use one of the rooms. We also had everything needed cooking supplies towels and other items we didn’t even need to use. The house was really old but kind of cool I would recommend.

A big house with lots of room to spread out. An older home with all of the character. It’s not sleek and updated, if that is what you are looking for. It is comfortable, well-supplied, and convenient to town and Meijer for the items you forgot. Our family has a wonderful vacation!

The property was fine. Plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. Street was pretty busy, but we were close to everything we needed. Squeaky floors, so there was no walking upstairs undetected! However, the house is well maintained for a home built in 1900.

Fantastic family home

My extended family had a wonderful time. The house was spotless when we arrived, the kitchen was large enough for 2 or 3 cooks, the bedrooms were large and the beds were oh so comfortable. This house is perfect for the very young, and not so young. My grown grandkids enjoyed their stay, my great grandson so loved the swingset, and the backyard was perfect for all the lawn games. We had no issues with anything, but Chen made sure we had 2 ways to contact him if any arose. There is a playroom off the sun porch, which came in handy for the little one. We all will remember Annabelle's place with the fondest of memories.

Lovely weekend

House is perfect- large bedrooms, plenty of space. Everything you would need is provided. Beautiful large dining table that the whole family could eat/ play games around. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Only negative was it is on a very busy street with no fenced in back yard. The yard was very nice with a swing set, games and a great deck. It was also quite a far walk to beach. Chen was excellent, always quick to respond.

Roomy home perfect for families

This house was perfect for our family to come together for the holidays. We were snowed in and enjoyed every minute! The kitchen was well equipped, and the dining table was perfect for family meals and games. The ramp allowed my elderly mother to join us, and the location was convenient ( even in a blizzard).

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE

We LOVED the character of the property. Built long ago, with all the updated amenities! Our house runs out of hot water, but this house DID NOT!!!!! We had basically 4 different families, and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed all the toys in the garage, beautiful sun room, walks around the property, piano, and the high school band friday night! Internet connection was great, beds were super comfy, lots of attractions nearby, big bedrooms, PERFECT table for so many to eat at. We got lots of family pictures around the table. Back yard had plenty of seating, playground for the kids, and a fire pit! We couldn't have planned a better stay!!!!!!!

Comfortable place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. It is a smaller house than we might have expected but still great for 4 adults. We loved the enclosed porch - a perfect place for morning coffee and afternoon discussions. Located close to town but not walking distance to the beach. Living room furniture wasn't real comfortable, but we spent most of our time in town and on the porch. We would stay again.

We had lots of space to spread out. Big kitchen to prepare dinner in and a large table to accommodate family. 5 bedrooms, you don't find that any place! Loved having fires at night. You can walk to downtown and the beach. If you don't want to cook I suggest Clementines and Maria's Restaurants.

Great place to vacation!

The stay was wonderful! Plenty of room for all of us. Was worried about just two baths, but it was just fine! Five minutes to town and a couple more to the beach. Everything you could possibly need for the beach and kids to play.

So close to downtown and easy drive to the beach

Overall the property is nothing fancy but perfect for our extended family. There was plenty of space inside and out for eating and playing with the kids. The beach was an easy 5 minute drive. The host was great.
