Downtown New Home Build ~ Hot Tub ~ Uitstekende locatie voor een vakantie!

Net klaar met 2019 nieuwbouw, geweldige locatie 1 blok van de stad 5 blokken naar het strand. Het wordt gewoon niet beter dan dit ... vijf slaapkamers, twee master suites, drie woonruimtes, vijf flatscreen-tv's, afgeschermde veranda, buitenbar, bubbelbad, grote stapelbedkamer, geweldige veranda, een klimop privacy muur en voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Dit is echt een unieke woning op een geweldige plek in het hart van South Haven, zo dicht bij alles met alle voorzieningen die je zou kunnen verwachten in een vakantiebestemming.

Open de voordeur naar het open concept woon / eetkamer / keuken met overal aangepaste accenten. Stap in om de open haard met scheepsluik en de echte barnwood balk te bekijken die het eetgedeelte omsluit. Bekijk de keuken met groot eiland, kwarts aanrecht en glazen tegels terug plons en vanaf daar lopen recht op de afgeschermde veranda die een extra eethoek biedt. Twee slaapkamers en badkamers op de begane grond maken het hoofdniveau af met een aangepast plafond in de hoofdslaapkamer en een aangrenzende hoofdbadkamer met een douchecabine van tegels / glas, dubbele wastafels, wasmachine en droger en een eigen ingang naar de hot tub. De andere slaapkamer op de begane grond heeft de juiste grootte voor gasten en biedt een eigen badkamer met toegang tot de badkamer op de begane grond.

De bovenverdieping heeft 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een woonkamer. Een grote slaapkamer dient als een master suite op de 2e verdieping met een aangrenzende badkamer met een douche, toilet en wastafel. Een ruime stapelbed kamer voor alle leeftijden met vier aparte bedden en een inloopkast biedt een geweldige ruimte voor kinderen om te genieten, vooral met speelgoed in de kast en dvd's op de planken! De begane grond biedt een toevluchtsoord met een 3e woonkamer, tafeltennistafel en tafelvoetbal. In de achtertuin kunt u genieten van een mooie schaduwrijke groene ruimte, omringd door grote volwassen bomen, samen met een bubbelbad en een bar buiten. Dit biedt een geweldige ruimte om buiten te spelen, in de tuin te spelen en te genieten van het buitenleven.

Our family spent a week in South Haven, MI at this beautiful, newly built home. The home comes equipped with everything you could need…especially if you are traveling with children. In addition to the tastefully decorated rooms, there are beach towels, beach chairs, a closet full of toys and games for all ages, 2 pack’n play toddler beds, a high chair, and best of all…2 sets of washers and dryers! Our family especially enjoyed the media room, ping pong table and air hockey table. We spent most of our days at the beach, but also made some trips to the nearby downtown area for ice cream. We all enjoyed the swim spa! Our host, Susan, was easy to reach before the trip and checked in with us several times. We loved this property and South Haven.

Great home for a large group, near town!

We recently had 3 families with young kids stay at this house. Our stay was wonderful and the house was perfect for young kids! The layout was ideal so each family could have their own space, but there was also plenty of space to congregate. The kids loved the bunk room, the movie theater, and game area. It was so nice to be so close to town, the beach, and kids corner. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s wedding. 7 minutes from the venue! 2 walking blocks from downtown and an easy walk to beach and playground area. The house had EVERYTHING one could need for a perfect stay and then some. Kids loved the basement area and all the toys in the bunk room. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking. Wish we would have booked more than 4 nights. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future! It’s beautiful and we were sad to leave.

A Fantastic Getaway Weekend!

We had a group of nine ladies for our "V^G (Vacay Adventure Gals) Getaway" weekend in South Haven. We all fit perfectly in the home, which was absolutely beautiful! We had plenty of room to spread out around the house - giving community space for those who wanted, and quiet space for those wanting to be alone. We were surprised just how close the home was to everything downtown! We were able to walk everywhere! Although the home had a basement full of entertainment options, we spent all of our time wondering around town, playing games together around the dining table, in the spa, or at the beach! The host was very helpful with any questions we had! The home was incredibly clean too, plus we really appreciated all of the extra beach towels! We will definitely stay here again, next time we head to South Haven!
