Kom en verblijf in het zomerhuis Seersucker! Als de met VRBO geprogrammeerde datums niet exact overeenkomen met wat u zoekt, neem dan contact met me op en misschien kunnen we iets uitwerken!

5 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers Home (max. 12 +) met voldoende ruimte voor entertainment (3 huiskamers !!), dubbele garage, grote keuken en buitenterras (met een grote grille! - gas verstrekt). Dit is een nieuwere woning met centrale lucht / verwarming op een geweldige locatie, dicht bij het strand / parken !! We hebben de badkamer op de bovenverdieping bijgewerkt met nieuwe verf, ijdelheid, armaturen en hebben twee slaapkamers geschilderd om een ​​mooi strandgevoel te geven - ook nieuw linnengoed door het hele huis!

Dit split-level huis, met 2 formele woonkamers, een derde speelkamer met een eenpersoonsbed. Grote woonkamer heeft 42 "flatscreen-tv, terwijl de beneden meer als een speelkamer met een andere tv dient. De woning heeft een wasmachine / droger aan de voorzijde in de tweede badkamer. Alle vijf slaapkamers hebben queen / full-size bedden. Een extra twin is aanwezig voor gebruik (in de speelkamer). Er zijn ook twee love seats met opbergbedden in de woonkamer beneden.

Er is een grote leuke keuken met al uw potten, pannen, borden, vaatwasser, enz. Met een aangrenzende eetkamer. Uit de eetkamer vindt u een mooi uitdok dek waar u kunt zitten en genieten van de zon!

Het huis ligt 1. 5 blokken van Kid's Corner Playground, 2. 5 blokken van het strand (openbare toegang), 5 blokken van de jachthaven, en 7 blokken van het nachtleven in de stad / restaurants. Je kunt overal in South Haven lopen als je in dit huis verblijft!

Summer Vacation

My family and I travelled from St. Louis, MO to see my sisters, who live in Grand Haven and Chicago. My Mom came for the day from Wyoming, MI. We have stayed in South Haven three or four prior times and this house is definitely in the top two places we have stayed. We had a great time.

Lovely vacation house

The property was well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked w glassware, silverware, plates, bowls and serving pieces. Our family enjoyed time on the deck with adequate chairs, two tables and umbrellas. Thai Phi is a very response host.

South Haven 4th of July Family Fun

We had such a wonderful time and can't thank the hosts enough for their kindness and helpfulness in making our stay so special. The house was lovely, clean and comfortable and in the perfect location for our family, which included two grandparents, four adult kids and five grandkids to enjoy the fireworks, parade and beautiful South Haven beach! We highly recommend this rental because it was perfect for our family time together at Lake Michigan.

We had a lovely stay! The location was perfect for numerous strolls to Kids Cornef and the beach. An easy walk into town for ice cream too! The house was clean and comfy! We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was (pots, pans, dishes glassware, etc) because we cooked in all meals. The host was very attentive and responsive as well.

Perfect house for a friends trip!

I can't say enough great things about the house and our overall experience! We had a group of 10 friends/coworkers with an average age in the early 30's and we wanted a place where we could hang outside, cook together, play yard games and relax. The house is wonderful. There were a few things that stood out. 1) The very spacious refrigerator and the extra refrigerator in the garage. We cooked all of our meals at the house and needed as much space as we could get for food and drinks. 2) We spent the majority of our time on the deck or in the yard. The deck was spacious and had enough seating for everyone in our group. 3) Since we cooked all of our meals, we also spent a lot of time in the kitchen. It has a great layout and is fully stocked with any cooking utensils/pans/etc. you might need. 4) The house was immaculate when we arrived. It was freshly cleaned and smelled amazing! Communication with the owner was very easy and we had no issues in booking, checking in/out, etc. I would definitely recommend this house for a group trip!

Home away from home

We enjoyed South Haven and this home a lot. It was very comfortable and fully stocked with your essentials. Very clean!! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it was great being so close to Kids Corner, the lake and beach. The owners were easy to reach and replied promptly when we had a question, also vey kind. Excellent Location, Clean, and great value

Stayed here over the Blueberry Festival weekend for 3 nights. 3 families (3 couples, children, mother-in-law). The location is in the south side of South Haven, in a neighborhood, and only a 5 minute walk to the start of South Beach and Kid's Corner park. Downtown is a little farther walk, but being on the south side of the river still very close, only about 10-15 minutes walking. The neighborhood is quiet, which is welcome when the festival is going on. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with plates, bowls, pans, and utensils allowed us to eat at home a few times and grill on the wheelchair accessible deck. Setup is split level, with 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs, and 2 beds rooms and a bath downstairs. Extra beds and pullout couches in the basement allowed additional capacity and everyone to have their own bed. Overall, the experience was great. The owner was ready and onsite to great us and show us around. And checkout was a breeze, just a text page to the owner and she was there in a few minutes. Only a few minor issues, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. The cabinets in the kitchen were a little worn, the deck needs to be re-stained, and the temperature was hard to balance between the rooms upstairs and downstairs. But other than that, the home is great if you want to enjoy both the beach, downtown, and the excellent kids corner park. It was a great value and definitely recommend it.

Beautiful and spotless home in a great location!!

We needed a wheelchair accessible home for my father and this worked perfectly. The property was a short walking distance to the beach and park. The home was well taken care of and clean and fit 10 of us with room to spare. Great yard and garage, and the owners were wonderful to communicate with and really cared about making us feel comfortable! We will definitely come back!
