Villa Bella is the ideal escape for family, friends, or cyclist groups. Located just a 4 minute bike ride or a pleasant 15 minute walk from the Bentonville Square, the beautiful private home has access to all of the best activities in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Enjoy Bentonville's best restaurants on the square, Walmart 5 and dime museum, Crystal Bridges legendary walking, hiking, and biking trails, and even the Bentonville farmer's market all within a 3 minute drive of Villa Bella.

Villa Bella's access to downtown Bentonville isn't all it offers, though. We've equipped this short term rental's fenced-in backyard with a private hot tub, basketball hoop, romantic swing for two, and a Pergola complete with a grill, seating area, and propane fireplace. This beautiful backyard is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing meal with family or friends.

Inside, we've included a game room with classic TV Arcade games and a pool table, and the garage is set up for an adult poker night too. There is a dedicated workspace, and a large clean kitchen with brand new appliances and everything you need to cook for the whole family. The clean bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and come equipped with high quality linens and towels.

The home has high speed internet access, and a smart TV with Hulu, Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and more streaming apps. We've included four bikes for you to enjoy while you stay, as well. The romantic backyard in the evening light makes a great spot to getaway within your getaway. Whether you want to stay in and enjoy a quiet stay, or get out and see everything that made Bentonville legendary, this is the place for you and the whole family.

The house was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Beds were not made, wet sheets were still in the washing machine, dirty towels were still in the hampers, the dishwasher had not been emptied, and the counters and sinks were dirty. There was also a crib in the main bedroom that was not in the listing photos. We moved it out because it was in the way. The phone number provided by vrbo for the owner was out of order, so it took a while to get in contact. He said he'd send the cleaning crew out the next morning. We were gone most of the next day, and when we returned, the house had still not been cleaned. The owner said they didn't come in because we weren't there. So he had to send them out again. The house was finally cleaned by the end of the second day, but the dishwasher was still full. We put things away best we could, but we didn't know where everything went.We could not use the fireplace because something was broken inside it, the firepit would not light, and there was a rip in the felt of the pool table, making it unplayable. The photos of the game room are misleading. It is really two small rooms, one also has the washer/dryer in it, and the other has large metal storage lockers in it. The rooms were not bright and inviting like the pictures show. Also, the steps leading down to the game rooms/laundry area are precarious and definitely need a handrail.Overall, we felt we paid a premium for specific amenities were were unable to use.

Excellent accommodations. Kitchen and appliances/ pots / dishes etc. fit our needs well. Loved amenities especially massage chair. Only negative was that front and back yard were overdue to be mowed and flower beds neglected.

An amazingly fun and relaxing respite after a day of biking the trails and town of Bentonville! So close to everything and so many great amenities! Host was compassionate and helpful and easy to contact! Highly recommend this house for families visiting Bentonville for both outdoor adventure and culture.

Giraffe home

The house was as described. There is plenty to do here to entertain yourself between the hot tub, patio, fireplace, sauna (1person), pool table, pingpong, & arcade games. The location was great very close to the mountain bike trails. You can walk to downtown in about 15 minutes. This house had the nicest cookware of anywhere I have ever stayed. The furniture inside and out is quite comfortable and the beds are nice. It's great to have a little garage space to put the bikes in overnight. The street is little busy in the morning. I would love to know the story behind all the giraffes.

The weekend we stayed it was more rainy than not. The sauna, massage chair & hot tub were so great! We planned to be on our bikes most of the time but the weather changed that. Thank goodness we had this house and the large yard with coverage from the rain.

We avoided the rush of downtown restaurants by enjoying the backyard patio with grill, lights, a fire and hot tub. Best place we've stayed in for just relaxing after a day of riding!

Nice house, unreachable hosts

This is a nice house with a great backyard for entertaining and family entertainment. It is well appointed with everything you will need. The game rooms are smaller than they look and in a basement area. Our only problems were when we needed to reach the hosts/owners. The key code was not correctly programmed when we arrived (another review noted this), and it took 45 minutes of phone calls, booking app messages, and finally a phone call to VRBO for the hosts to correctly program the lock. Everything in the house was great that weekend, until after we left one of our party realized that they left their AirPods in one of the rooms. They could see on the FindMy Apple app that the pods were at the property. We tried multiple times to contact the hosts, including a confirmation from VRBO that they had contacted the hosts' other number to leave a message that we would gladly pay for shipping the items to us. We really enjoyed the property, but considering the lack of service we will probably look elsewhere for our next Bentonville trip.

absolutely loved this place! backyard is awesome (we loved the hot tub, fire pit, and basketball court) , basement with games (arcade, pool, pin ball, and cards) was so much fun. Great space for lots of people. super clean and well kept, very cute furnishings in the house and high end fixtures. also a great neighborhood& proximity to downtown bentonville. Only criticism is the code was not set to what was instructed to check in with, but the owner answered immediately when called and fixed it. and the sinks do not drain well automatically, you have to press the stopper to drain water. And only 1 working bike out of the four

This was such a beautiful place to stay! Me and the kids had a great time biking, with access to the All American Heroes bike trail. That's what brought us to Bentonville, AR. This place was SO close that we could have walked to the trail. It was such a great ride. My mom and dad enjoyed the quiet home while me and kids enjoyed the surrounding area. I just loved this spot. Great location close to everything. The host was super nice and responded quickly. This was a great trip and I would definitely stay here again. We loved having the hot tub in the evenings too.
