Step into TᕼE ᒍᑌᑎIᑭEᖇ & enjoy modern luxury in the heart of Bentonville. This home is located in a residential area between Slaughter Pen & Coler Preserve MTB trails. We are an 8 min bike ride or 5 min drive to the Bentonville Square & walking distance to groceries, bike rental, a spirits shop & a locally favorited restaurant/bar. Truly a prime location for all things MTB & those who want to be close to downtown or a straight shot to the trails.

Downstairs you'll find a spacious open concept living/dining space with a gas fireplace, plenty of seating and tons of natural light. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything you need for making meals. The side patio provides space for enjoying sunrise coffee or sundown cocktails. You'll also find a half bath for guests, a 2 car garage for your vehicles & bikes and a fully fenced in yard.

Upstairs enjoy 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king size bed, room darkening shades, 100% cotton bedding and super comfy mattresses & pillows.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a designated workspace with a desk, sofa, outdoor private balcony as well as an attached spa-like bathroom with double vanities, walk in shower, deep soaking tub & a large walk in closet.

The second bedroom also has a king bed, spacious closet & bathroom right across the hall.

The laundry closet is conveniently located upstairs, should you need to do laundry during your stay. Detergent, stain remover & dryer sheets provided.

The Juniper is an outstanding property, both inside and out. Functional for visitors and also aesthetically pleasing. Beautifully decorated. Pleasant residential neighborhood but close to neighborhood shops and the downtown area. Without doubt the Juniper is one of the most pleasant B&B stays I’ve ever had. My highest recommendation.

I can’t say enough good things about the property. It is in a perfect central location for the local biking hubs. 5 minutes from Coler, Slaughtepen, Blowing Springs, and the Back 40!The house is very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Check in was incredibly easy. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Great location

All of the attractions, paths and restaurants we wanted to visit were easy to get to from the property. The house was very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. We loved sitting on the patio in the mornings watching and listening to the variety of birds in the area, while drinking our coffee. Kudos to the host. Great job!

Perfect Location & Home Away from Home

My husband & I came to town to mtb & this house was perfect for that. It’s close to Slaughter Pen & you can jump directly onto the trail system from the house. It’s only a 5 minute drive from Coler. Melissa, the property manager is prompt with responses & check in is a breeze! The house is probably the best stocked house I’ve ever stayed in & I’ve stayed in several. Plenty towels & linens, body wash, shampoo & face cleanser? Detergent? Coffee pods, sweeteners & powdered creamers There was even a candle & matches. My husband told me several times I hit a home run with this house. Would definitely stay again. We were very comfortable here & it was a good thing too because it rained ALL weekend.
