'The place was wonderful! Gary was extremely nice and thoughtful! He put out little snacks, some fruit and a delicious homemade banana bread! He kept condiments stocked so we didn’t have to buy anything if we wanted to cook. Toiletries in the bathroom and anything else we might have needed. The place was very clean and just as pictured on the website. It’s a perfect little getaway spot! '

'A different sort of B&B—self-service breakfast. Owner/manager was cordial, interesting. Huge common room included the breakfast area, big patio for nice weather enjoyment, TV, interesting art on the walls. Breakfast options were okay—bagels, English muffins, cereal—nothing special.'

So if you have luggage or have walking difficulties or injuries , there’s no way to get on second floor, other than stairs. If hotel is fully booked you also may not have an option to switch to the first level, which is what we had to deal with. Staff helped us with luggage, but there’s no bellman, so that was challenging. Breakfast was also below average, but waffles were good. Need...
