Disservizio sulla prenotazione on line
Ho prenotato una camera ancora ad agosto per un evento di settembre senza aver mai ricevuto conferma dal portale. Ho chiamato più volte il gestore del b&b che non mi saputo dare informazioni certe fino a 2 giorni prima, dicendomi che mi alloggiava in altro luogo rispetto a quello scelto perché il portale ha creato problemi con la prenotazione. Il tutto è accaduto anche ad altre persone e sempre con lo stesso proprietario. Vero che ha in ultima trovato una soluzione per tutti ma la responsabilità è stata rimbalzata tra gestore del portale e proprietario. Chi ne ha pagato le conseguenze sono stati i clienti anche quelli probabilmente meno fortunati di me. Non ci si vompirta così. Che figura ci facciamo soprattutto con i clienti stranieri!

Very bare bones, but the room and bathroom were clean. Make sure to call ahead and set up a time for check-in, because there aren't onsite staff.

Great location
There is no breakfast, as it stay in reservation. It is something like self service, breakfast for a bird. It is not breakfast. Check in is also problematic. You should be ready to pay roaming extra, because you are calling for check in, and it was 10 eur more price... Room clean and comfortable. Location great.

Dear Christian, I'm sorry that your stay didn't match with your expectations, however you've had more than you've paid for, starting from the complimentary breakfast, not included in your reservation...

Camera vicinissima al centro città (5 minuti a piedi da piazza vecchia), ordinata, pulita. Essendo posta su una delle principali strade di accesso alla città vecchia, risulta un po' rumorosa.
