The Space:

From the screened porch you can watch clouds drift across the peaks, then slip into the hot tub for a warm soak under the stars.

Living spaces & entertainment
Two spacious living areas feature three wood‑burning fireplaces, central AC and heat, and smart TVs for streaming. The game room adds a fireplace, air‑hockey table and foosball for friendly competition. Wi‑Fi is provided throughout, though the remote mountain location can make the signal slower at times—download any must‑watch shows ahead of time.
Kitchen & dining
The fully stocked kitchen opens to a breakfast bar with panoramic views, perfect for preparing family recipes. A large dining table seats the whole group for meals or game night, and a grill on the expansive deck awaits the grillmaster.
Outdoor living
Multiple decks and a screened porch offer plenty of seating for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks. The fire pit is ideal for roasting marshmallows, and the hot tub invites relaxation after a hike. Parking is ample in the circular driveway.
Neighborhood & nearby attractions
You’re less than a mile from Coolfont Resort, Berkeley Springs Brewing Company, and the historic downtown of Berkeley Springs, where shops, galleries and restaurants line the streets. A short drive brings you to Berkeley Springs State Park’s warm mineral springs, Cacapon Resort State Park’s hiking trails and lake, and The Ice House arts center. The community pool is not available for guests, but we can recommend nearby swimming holes and parks.
Pet policy
The lodge is dog‑friendly, so your furry companion can share the adventure.
Seasonal note
Our cleaning team sweeps the decks and walkways before each arrival, but leaves, pollen and other natural elements may be visible, especially in spring and fall. We appreciate your understanding of the mountain setting.
