I'm a bit surprised about this review. I responded a couple of times that early check-in wasn't available but not sure if they choose to ignore it or try to get in early. The other thing that surprised me is that they never mentioned during their 3-night stay that the cabin was uncleaned or that they had any issues at the cabin. In our email communications that we send to guests, we encourage guests to let us know if there are any issues that we can resolve while they are there. It was only after I spoke to my housekeeper a few days later after their stay did I realize that the housekeeper never cleaned the property due to a date confusion. That is when I reached out to them to let them know and what I can do to fix the issue. If they let us know once they checked in that the place wasn't cleaned, we could have taken steps to have it cleaned and put them in our other cabin for the night.

We have had over 500 renters stay at that cabin and never had an issue that these guests had. The previous guests to this guest reviewed it as "Perfection", " Great cabin for family getaway", "Perfect place for all ages" and "we loved it". As for the cabin being in grassy meadows, there are several pictures of the surrounding area via drone and ground-level which clearly shows it's not grassy meadows but surrounded by trees except the backyard yard. For the backyard, I did check and that was an issue since our maintenance didn't cut the grass previously. I offer them a hotel night so we can cut the grass or compensation for it which they promptly rejected One of the main features of our cabins is how comfortable the beds so I'm surprised about the comment. As for the pictures, they were taken only 7 months ago on a sunny day. So the cabin will look different when you check in after hours.
