The Space:
Our family-friendly cabin is packed with amenities and fun for couples, families or small groups of friends.

The cabin includes:
- Outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing
- 3 bedrooms: two with queen beds one with a set of twin bunk beds
- Fully-stocked kitchen with stove/oven and microwave
- Wood stove to keep you cozy at night (plus baseboard heaters if you want to keep things easy)

Outside the cabin, we also have:
- Outside fire pit with seating for the whole gang

Our cabin has private access to a large community pond, just a quick 5 minute walk from the cabin. It’s stocked with fish, and has several picnic tables there as well – perfect for a picnic on a sunny day!

We often take our three little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family- and dog-friendly. Unfortunately we don't allow cats (we're allergic).

Please Note: this property is located in a mountainous area, which means the roads leading to the home may be gravel and uneven in places. While most vehicles can access the property without issue, guests should be prepared for winding terrain and slower driving conditions—especially after rain or during winter months. We recommend using a vehicle with good ground clearance for added comfort. Embrace the adventure—this scenic setting is part of what makes your mountain escape so special!

Beyond the cabin itself, we love how close to Berkeley Springs (a 20 min drive away). Berkeley Springs has been voted one of the top arts communities in the US, and has fantastic breweries, restaurants, and shops for you to enjoy!

Please note our House Rules section and the importance of following them, as relates to Occupancy, Parking, Noise Ordinances, Posted Speed Limits, and Proper Trash Disposal. These rules must be followed in accordance with County and HOA rules and regulations, and failure to adhere to them will result in corresponding fines.
