Thank you for your review, Mariah. We are glad you enjoyed the property. I do need to point out a couple of things. The cleaning fee is only $120. VRBO tacks on their fees to our base fees. So the $776.02 you paid became $568.03 to me, of which I had to pay my cleaners $120. The upside to VRBO is the convenience and security this platform allows. The downside is the fees charged to both the host and the guest. I hope this helps.

Thank you, Mark. I would like to point out that the guest never told me about these issues until he left. The instructions for waking up the hot tub are displayed clearly on the cabin's wall, both by the television and the door leading outside. Additionally, the fireplace remote needed batteries in a drawer in the kitchen. Had Mark called, I could have helped him with both items.

This review left me in tears. We take great pains to ensure our cabin is cleaned properly after every guest. When Aimee called me to tell me about the issues, I had a cleaning person out there within 20 minutes, ready to fix whatever was wrong. Unfortunately, she has already taken care of them, which is not what I would have liked her to do. I would have instead sent my cleaning team to re-clean the entire property. Because it was clean when my cleaner arrived and there were no photos of the complaints, I had no way of showing my cleaning team what may have been missed. The trash was definitely an issue. I discovered that the company stepped picking up in August and no one told me about it until Aimee brought it to my attention. That has been corrected. I drove out this weekend to inspect the property myself and everything is in perfect working order and is clean.
