De kluis was kapot op vrijdag en duurde tot maandag totdat deze gemaakt was. Schoonmaak komt niet iedere dag. Personeel van receptie is onvriendelijk en legt een klacht direct terug bij de gast. Hebben niets begrepen van klantvriendelijkheid daar bij Axel TWO....

bar was gesloten, kamer perfect, niet goed was de informatie van het personeel, wisten het vaak niet, het hotel ligt ook niet echt in het centrum, je hebt echt wel de U bahn nodig om ergens te komen, maar die ligt wel in de buurt.De rit is kort en betaalbaar. Sauna en bubbelbad prima, stoomcabine deed het niet, al met al wel goed.

Goed: * de ligging op één minuut van metrostation Güntzelstraße * de prijs * de staat van de kamers en faciliteiten Minder goed: * het feit dat dit gayhotel zó heterovriendelijk is, dat er meer zuinige hetero's (want het kost dus allemaal niet zo veel hier) dan homo's verblijven. Dat is voor het "onder ons"-gevoel niet best. * de handdoekenvoorziening in de spa was echt flut: om 18.00 uur waren de handdoeken al op en als je zelf ook maar één handdoek op je kamer hebt gekregen, komt het allemaal wat mager en onprofessioneel over.

Bedrogen gevoel
Wij hadden geen ontbijt gereserveerd. Achteraf blijkt dat 18 euro te kosten tenzij je het aan de receptie had gevraagd, dan kost het slechts 13€. Voor ons een verschil van 45€, terwijl men dat bij aankomst kon vermelden en vermijden. Ook de fietsen waarvoor wij mede dit hotel kozen waren niet aanwezig, en hulp om er dan goedkope te vinden, was teveel gevraagd. Ik raad dit hotel dan ook zeker niet aan.

Hi Jef, i m sorry that you had the feeling that the service was not good. At the moment you where here we had a promotion for 13€ at the reception instead of 18€ direct in the restaurant. For th ebikes we dont have influence because it is an external company. But you can get bikes here at every corner, so i dont really understand what happend. I m sorry for that. Rustig, net hotel dichtbij metro, lekker ontbijt.
Voor een bezoek aan Berlijn is dit hotel ideaal gelegen en goed bereikbaar (publieke gratis parking op 50 m van het hotel). De dag startte met een heel lekker en verzorgd ontbijt op het dak van het hotel met een prachtig panorama. Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen aan de receptie. Geen grote kamer, maar niets tekort.

Leuk voor homokoppels, maar ook heterofriendly
Leuke medewerkers. Fijn hotel en superschoon. Kamers zijn aan de kleine kant, boek daarom een grotere kamer dan je zou denken. Spa is erg fijn, vooral veel mannen. Gym ook super en erg koel. Locatie is prima om met de metro Berlijn in te gaan. Metrostop voor de deur of pak een Uber.

Vriendelijk personeel
Bij aankomst konden we eigenlijk pas om 15:00 uur inchecken omdat we om 15:45 uur een bezoek hadden gepland was dit erg krap. De receptionist heeft toen geregeld dat we toch al om 14:00 uur in de kamer konden. Voor de rest een mooi Hotel kamer netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien om te slapen op een citytrip.

Geweldige kamers
De kamer was ruim en altijd schoon. Twee heerlijke regendouche douchekoppen in de badkamer. De U-bahn ligt voor de deur. Je bent zo op de meest bezochte plekken van Berlijn. Ontbijt mag uitgebreider zijn, maar was goed en vers. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Nieuw hotel, mooie ruime schone kamers met goede bedden, voldoende kastruimte en kluisje, super douche met twee regendouches en kamers altijd vlakbij lift. Verlichting/verwarming/muziek op badkamer/aangeven schoonmaken etc. gebruiksvriendelijk via tiptoetsen makkelijk bedienbaar. Op 7e verdieping prima ontbijt! Ook aan te bevelen om 's avonds lekker te eten of nog wat te gaan drinken! Spa op verdieping -1 (hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt), badjassen/slippers en grote badhanddoeken op kamer t.b.v. spa.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever. Stayed from Friday - Monday. Here is what happened: Check-in. was told I could use the spa whilst waiting for the room, soa is downstairs. I went downstairs found the spa but realised I needed a card to access it so back up again to ask for a card which should have been given. Down again but couldn't find the changing rooms. Up asking fir direction. Down again and still couldn't find it so back up pleading to the staff to come and show ne but they refused. Down again and found the changing room but realised i needed money for the lockers. Up again to get money (again something that they should have mentioned). Down again to realise towels should be oicked uo at reception. Back up again to ask fir towels. 5 times up and down all of which a professional staff could have helped me easily avoid. Room on 6th floor. Only one working elevator for the entire hotel that fits 2 people maximum Air conditioning broken in the room so it was 24 degrees in the room constantly even though it was not summer. Very little sleep at night Noisy, I could hear the restaurants closing up, moving bags of glass bottles and so on Telephone in the room was broken I could not call reception or room service - not fun when only one working elevator for the entire hotel that only fits 2 people When complained about the above issues with the room i was told to take the stairs and sleep naked. I complained to expedia since hotel did nothing but expedia did n

Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit, U Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer doch recht klein. Sauberkeit könnte genauer genommen werden. 150€ Pfand, obwohl beim check out noch nicht einmal kontrolliert wurde, ob die Minibar benutzt wurde. Recht hellhöriges Gebäude. Dennoch , für eine Nacht vollkommen okay.

The property was amazing we stayed for 5 nights. Bob was amazing he checked us in and gave us advice on bars in the area and things to do. Thanks Bob from the two Bahamian guys.
