Huis, 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, (7 personen)

Dit huis is gelegen tussen Ocean City en Assateague uit 611. Brengt je naar het hart van deze zomerspeelplaats, met een sfeer aan de kust. Maximaal zes gasten zullen genieten van het comfort en de nabijheid van dit huis te bieden heeft.

Gelegen aan een kanaal met uitzicht op de baai van Assawoman en de oceaan. Dichtbij het strand. Boot docking, prachtig dek (met uitzicht op de baai en de oceaan), samen met patio geweldig om buiten te eten. Bevat verschillende citronella-kaarsen en een propaangrill.

Het huis is gezellig en vrije tijd is gemakkelijk te bereiken in een van de kamers. De woonkamer is voorzien van twee comfortabele banken gericht op een flatscreen-tv, ideaal om kabel te kijken of iets te streamen via WiFi. Twee kunnen hier slapen op de queensize slaapbank.

Er is een prachtige serre met comfortabele banken en stoelen voor een prachtig uitzicht op de gracht - een perfecte plek om te genieten van een gesprek, wijn en een boek lezen.

Een grote keuken en eetkamer biedt alles wat je nodig hebt om alle hongerige monden in je groep te voeden. U zult genieten van alle aanrechtruimte en de eettafel. Een vaatwasser bespaart u tijd en moeite bij het opruimen.

Het huis heeft drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers, die ruimte bieden aan maximaal zes personen. Een master suite beschikt over een queensize bed en een eigen badkamer met wastafel en een bad / douche-combinatie. Een tweede slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed en de derde slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed.

Een prachtige patio in de achtertuin heeft stoelen en tafels om te dineren bij mooi weer, en een enorm terras geschikt om te zonnebaden en dineren. Er is ook een wasmachine / droger beschikbaar voor uw gemak.

Dit huis is perfect voor een groot gezin - ga naar het strand om te vliegeren, zonnebaden of kitesurfen als je dapper bent. Een korte rit naar de tennis- en basketbalvelden is een geweldige manier om de middag door te brengen en helpt bij het opwekken van eetlust. De volwassenen kunnen een happy hour maken in Sun Set Marina, en dan afspreken met de kinderen in een van de verschillende restaurants in de buurt., Met nog veel meer, net een beetje verder.

Perfect stay.

Perfect stay with wife and the dogs. Nice to step out side and on to the boat for some flounder fishing. Nice quiet neighborhood. The owner Chris was a super nice guy.

Perfect!

This home was exactly what we were looking for! We took many trips to Assateague and Ocean City and this home was centrally located for both! The sundeck was great for the teenagers who wanted a break from the younger kids. Our fur baby loved the house as well. We had fun crabbing on the canal as well! Would definitely return!

Beach Bonanza

We had a great week. We are partial to the beach at Assateague and our grandkids like the boardwalk in Ocean City so Boater’s Paradise gives us the best of both worlds. There are good restaurants in the area. The house was spacious so we could bond as a family or we could spread out using the sunroom or rooftop deck. Kitchen was well stocked. Our host was very gracious.

Perfect rental

We loved our stay! Perfect location. Clean and stocked. Owner very helpful and responsive. Neighborhood and neighbors nice and a good place to walk and look at sunsets. We loved having a place for our boat and it was the best place to launch from. Very close to Assateague and close to OC boardwalk, but away enough for some quiet afterwards. Highly recommended. Our second stay here and will hopefully be back.

Lovely house in a super pretty location handy to both OC and assateague. Private dock available, crabbing was great in the canal. House is well equipped with everything you could need. Huge plus to be able to include fur family. :) house was as clean as expected for a beach rental. Management is helpful and responsive. Had a great week.

We chose this property due to its proximity to Assateague Island. It was perfect. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for grandkids to stop by. The common area was spacious and well furnished. Great for a family dinner and playing games. The owners were very gracious and accommodating.

A nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood outside OC. Chris was a pleasure to work with and the place was clean and had everything we needed during our vacation. Great roof deck

A nice place on the canal with a wonderful roof deck with great views. It was fun to launch kayaks and paddle boards right at the house. Boys also enjoyed fishing from the back yard.

Nice quiet place to stay

My family really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location. Quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to Ocean City and Assateague. The house had plenty of room for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. Enjoyed a lot of time outdoors at the canal and on the balcony. Chris was nice and very easy to communicate with and immediately took care of any concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

Keeping it secret

The house is located between Ocean City and Assateague National Seashore just a quick seven minute drive either direction will put you on Assateague Island or on to Route 50. Located on a canal, it was easy access for accessing the bay with our kayaks. The bulkhead was nice for catching minnows in our trap as well as crabbing. The sundeck was very nice for sunning during the day and watching the stars at night. The house was perfect for a family traveling with children. There are three bedrooms a nice living room area and a kitchen which was sufficient there is also a small patio in the rear of the house. There are lawn chairs and a table as well as chairs, table and lounge chairs on the upper deck. The Wi-Fi worked well and there are several TVs in the house. There is a small sunroom on the side/rear of the house . The pluses of this property are, access to the water, air conditioning, working TV’s Wi-Fi, proximity to the beaches, a dishwasher, off- street parking on dead-end road, the sundeck and its view of the bay and working washer and drier. The only minor negatives that I can say and I only mention for improvement are; The barbecue grill needs some work, I think the igniter is not working properly. There were lamps that had blown light bulbs or were missing. Whoever cleans needs to clean the ceiling fans and bathroom exhaust fans better . The dishwasher was leaking a little water on the floor( minor). My family really enjoyed the use of this home and allowing us to bring our dog Stella on vacation with us was a major plus. We look forward to staying this home again and we thank the owners for a very nice memorable stay.

As Expected +

We chose this property because we do not got anywhere without our dogs. Sweet and happy Border Collies. They loved swimming in the channel after the day on the sandy beach/water, then drying off on the back porch or upper deck. Just lovely. The house had everything we needed( except short in knives and could not cut our watermelon with a 4” butter knife). The beds were very comfy and there was good air and ceiling fans for a cool stay. This property is not high end if this is what you are looking for, but it was comfortable and the location was amazing for our days at the dog friendly Assateague island state park just 5 miles away. Sello’s has amazing Italian food near by if you get bored of seafood. Clamming was minutes away from the house by kayak and a shout out to the very nice neighbors in this community that helped with rakes and being just generally friendly.

This was our 3rd year coming back to this vacation home. Quiet neighborhood, enjoyed sitting on upper deck watching the sunset after a day on the beach. Close to Assateaque and Ocean City. Great internet and cable service! Will be returning next year again!

Property management customer services were extremely prompt and attentive. This property has a great close proximity location in between Ocean City and National & State Parks. You can enjoy both, while retrieving back to a peaceful harbour to rest. Highly recommend!

Great vacation

My family and I just returned home from a wonderful vacation at this property. The house was ready when we arrived and very clean. The house had everything we needed and more for our vacation. The property was located in a wonderful location with access to a boat channel which we utilized as our crabbing location for my daughter and niece. The close proximity to the beach and waterpark at Frontier town was a huge plus. I had the opportunity to speak with the owner on multiple occasions and she was extremely pleasant and helpful. Everything about this experience makes me confident in recommending this location to others and we look forward to staying at this property in the future.
