Welcome to The Grand Berlin, a spacious and modern 176 m² apartment thoughtfully designed for families, groups of friends, and business travelers. Combining comfort, functionality, and style, this impressive retreat offers the perfect setting for both relaxing stays and productive trips while exploring the vibrant city of Berlin.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests (11 adults and 2 children aged 2–12) and features five well-appointed bedrooms, three modern bathrooms with showers and toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living areas, and a dedicated conference room. Every space has been carefully arranged to provide guests with privacy, convenience, and a true home-away-from-home experience.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible and ideal for groups of all sizes. The Green Room and Grey Room each feature a luxurious king-size bed, while the Beige Room offers a comfortable queen-size bed. Younger guests will enjoy their own Kids' Room, complete with bunk beds, a desk, and a selection of toys to keep them entertained throughout their stay.

One versatile room serves as both a lounge and an additional bedroom, featuring a single Murphy bed that can easily be folded away during the day. Two comfortable sofa beds, located in the multi-purpose room and conference room, provide extra sleeping capacity, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

The apartment is equally suited for work and leisure. Every room includes a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for remote workers and business travelers. The stylish conference room is equipped with a projector for meetings, presentations, or movie nights, while the unique indoor swing adds a playful and memorable touch to the space.

Shared spaces are designed to bring everyone together. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, gather around the large dining table that seats up to 12 guests, or relax in the cozy living areas after a day of sightseeing in Berlin.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment and all available amenities. Bedding and towels are provided for each guest for the duration of the stay, while additional sets can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. Housekeeping supplies are available for guest use; however, laundry detergent is not provided.

To make your stay even more special, additional services such as fresh flowers with a bottle of wine upon arrival and extra cleaning before check-out can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Invoices are also available upon request.
