Arbio I Urban Apartment in Berliner Allee

Welcome to Arbio Urban Apartment. The holiday apartment is located near Lake Weissensee and awaits you with two bedrooms, a terrace facing the inner courtyard, free WiFi, a Smart TV and great facilities. The apartment is located in the backyard and is therefore nice and quiet.

The accommodation has a kitchenette and a small bathroom as well as two bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a desk and a large wardrobe for your clothes. The living area/second bedroom is located on the upper floor. This room functions as an open space that is furnished with a double bed (1.40m), a large smart TV, a small couch and a dining table! It’s suitable for a small family visiting in Berlin.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
